Terrible, awful. Booked a hotel with galahotels from 31.12.2018 till 04.01.2019 hotel in Amsterdam... received confirmation. After flight from UK to Holland We had no room to stay in, due internal fault. So spent another 600£ to get some accommodation. Never use them again

Wir haben für Sylvester 2 Nächte in Bangok gebucht.Im Hotel angekommen wurde uns gesagt,es sei storniert. Somit müssten wir in ein anderes und wesentlich teureres Hotel. Da wir keine Info hatten seitens Gala Hotels.com werden wir mit Sicherheit rechtliche Schritte einleiten.Des weiteren auch nicht scheuen dies an die Presse weiter zu geben. Und vorgenerierte Antworten seitens des unseriösen Anbieters ignorieren. FINGER weg ! Attention.

No contraten a través de Gala Hotels,pienso q se dedican a estafar.El pasado 16 Diciembre hice una reserva en un hotel, me hicieron el cargo en tarjeta inmediatamente , sin embargo, al recibir el email confirmación de dicha reserva me di cuenta d decía Cancelado ,16 días después aun estoy a la espera de recibir la devolución de lo q me cobraron sin prestarme el servicio, además d q todas laa reclamaciones han sido a través de emails y mensajes por el aplicativo porque es imposible comunicarse x tfno.

Showed up for my prepaid stay in Cancun, but it was cancelled by Gala Hotels 2 weeks ago. The hotel was booked Oct. 15, drawn from my credit card Nov.1, and now I had to book another room and pay for it again. It is fraud and really bad behavior to other people.

Finger weg! Stand heute vor der Rezeption des Hilton Garden Inn am Frankfurter Flughafen und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass meine Buchung von Gala Hotels bereits am 18.12.18 storniert wurde. Darüber wurde ich nicht informiert. Buchung und Zahlung über 90€ über Visa Card erfolgte am 16.12.18. Leider musste ich erneut buchen. Jetzt für 112€. Somit kostet mich das Zimmer 202€! Super Deal! Ich werde Anzeige erstatten. Meine Bank habe ich in Kenntnis gesetzt!

I have used the website GALAHOTELS to reserve a hotel room using my credit card. I received a confirmation from them , however, when I arrived at the hotel there were no room booked for me. It was simply canceled 2 days before my arrival. I have reported this website as a fraud to the Federal Trade Commission. How can this website continue working? this should be stopped! Never Use Galahotels!

Used Galahotels.com many times over past years. Booked in May 18 for 1 week in Krakow and paid some €360. On arrival at the airport on Sun evening we got a text from our Son, who tried to organise a bottle of Champagne in our room for a Christmas drink. Saying that the room was cancelled. On arrival at the hotel and after many phone calls it soon became apparent that a company called Leonardo and Hotelbeds had cancelled our booking saying that Gala had not paid them. In order for us to stay in this hotel we had to pay circa €480 to cover the costs. Out of pocket now by some €480 !!!?? Tried to call and email receiving no response.!!! What advice can anyone give, for us to try and get a refund? Thank you Robert Tarr

Ich habe Hotel in Mailand gebucht und mit VISA bezahlt, vor Ort war die Buchung nicht vorhanden und der Mann an der Rezeption meinte, dass das nicht das erste Mal mit Galahotels. Ich habe eine Nachricht geschrieben und nach 5 Tage keine Antwort. Finger weg von Betrüger. Nächste Woche würde ich die Zahlung über die Bank reklamieren.

I am shocked! We had a booking in the Ecohotel in Vinius (Lithuania). They debited our money from the card and after 2 days sent letter to the hotel to cancel our booking. We came to the hotel and tried to call ... But no answer to any of their phones! We sent complains - again no response! The hotel couldn't check-in us without their confirmation and we were about to stay at the street. We paid again to the hotel! Avoid this company!

Complete scam company - turned up at the Sofitel Hôtel we had booked only to be told we had no room, even though Gala hotels took our money weeks prior. Also none of the phone numbers work to get hold of them - and the Sofitel was fully booked that night, so we were left stranded. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Dnes, jsme přijeli do Londýna a měli jsme zrušenou rezervaci hotelu. Peníze nám samozřejmě galahotels.com ztrhli z účtu, ale hotel nebyl uhrazen.

Idem pour ma famille à Londres 1 nuit au Hilton Westminster ANNULÉE avant mon arrivée et débitée du montant sur mon compte J’ai du repayer la même somme pour disposer de la chambre Bien sûr après 2 jours d’essai pour les contacter, le numéro est injoignable!

Ich hatte das Hotel Mercure in der Nähe von Erding gebucht über Gala Hotels. Der Betrag wurde sofort per Kreditkarte abgebucht. Als wir abends im Hotel ankamen, wurde uns im Hotel gesagt, dass das Familienzimmer von Gala Hotels storniert wurde. Wir mussten also das Zimmer mit Frühstück nochmals bezahlen. Lasst die Finger von diesem Portal. Es ist nur Abzocke.

Echt een oplichting bedrijf. Je boekt een hotel in Florida, komt aan en je boeking is geannuleerd.1300 euro weg. Het rare is dat het 2 keer geannuleerd is. SCAM!! Arrived in Berlin yesterday for the front desk to tell us our reservation had been cancelled by Gala Hotels. They take your money, make the booking, send you a confirmation then cancel the booking. We didn’t double check before hand (why would you...) so had to pay a ridiculous Christmas holidays rate to stay in the hotel and come back 3 days early. Stay away at all costs.

Please try to void this website completely. It is just a scam for sure. We booked a hotel in Las Vegas through the website and receive the confirmation number and page right after. in addition, we also received our credit card statement that showed they have charged entire amount already. When we went to the hotel to check in yesterday, the hotel front desk person told me that my reservation has been cancelled by the website but no cancellation email and refund has been received by me. Stay away from this site,
