There was a problem with emails going to my junk folder (which I didn't check!) I got a phone call from a lovely lady who explained everything and got my daughters urn to me in two days (after a slight delay - but no-ones fault) The urn is excellent quality and I'm happy that my beautiful daughter is finally home with me 💔

Very pleased with the urn I ordered is absolutely beautiful well made and arrived when said was very well packaged.

I'd been looking for somewhere to buy a locket and a keepsake storage item for my sadly departed cats ashes and came across an advert in a newspaper for the company. Extremely quick and efficient service, well over packed as it was a small jewellery box which actually arrived in a box about twice the size of a shoe box, but as a result was in perfect condition and couldn't be lost being so small. Quality of the product is great, and much appreciated at such an emotive time.
