Everything I ordered came well wrapped. The urn I ordered had a slight crack on the bottom, I asked if it would crack further but was reassured it would be ok. Thank you for sending the delivery to the address I asked you to send too, thay helped me alot.

Great quality, prompt delivery . My husbands ashes sit in my living room window sill, it looks like a lovely ornament no one would know it was an urn.

Excellent service - delivery swift, packaged beautifully and enabled our family to say goodbye to my daughter in a dignified ceremony with her husband and dog swimming out to sea with her and floating her away, whilst her family said goodbye from the shore. Thank you, I was fraught with worry about scattering her ashes on a windy beach but wanting to fulfil her last wishes. Everyone said how dignified it was with total peace of mind.

Very helpful and great service

I purchased an urn from Urns UK, expecting a seamless experience given their name. However, I was sorely disappointed. When the urn arrived and wasn't suitable, I promptly returned it, only to discover I had to ship it all the way to France at a hefty cost of over £30! It's utterly ridiculous that a company with "UK" in its name would require such an expensive return to a different country. Had I been aware of this absurdity from the outset, I would never have placed an order. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction via email, I was blatantly ignored. My return was acknowledged on April 4th, yet here we are on April 11th, and not only do I still lack my refund, but I've also received no response whatsoever. Frankly, it feels like they've just pocketed my hard-earned money. Purchasing an urn is undoubtedly an emotionally difficult and sensitive experience, and Urns UK has only exacerbated the situation. It's distressing to deal with such insensitivity and poor service during such a delicate time. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being swindled and ignored.

I ordered an urn for my cat and it arrived looking very different to the photos. The metal is *corroded* (green) in places, the overal colour is incorrect (brown, not gold) and the base is not felted, it's just had felt sticker dots stuck on at irregular intervals. I have contacted the company by email twice since 6th April and they have failed to respond. I have called the company today but the number they have provided goes to hold music and cuts off the call without getting through to anyone. I will gladly update this review if this is resolved. But currently, I cannot not recommend them at all. Very poor service. Extremely disappointed.

The ern is as described. The only problem was the delivery. They said I was not here the first time. I was in the house. The next day they delivered to the house opposite and they throwe it over my gate.

Great service urn is very nice but a bit pricey seems well made a bit larger than expected and very heavy.. would have been nicer for me in a slightly smaller size It is a bit t unstable has 3 rubber bits on the bottom and makes the urn a bit wobbly that’s why I only gave 3
