We bought a solid wood urn in the shape of a book for my brother's ashes because he was a book lover. We were delighted with the urn which looked even better than it did in the photograph, a rare thing! It is excellently made and and finished, inside and out! Very good workmanship and reasonable price. The purchase was uncomplicated and secure. After purchase, we were kept informed of each step of the order fulfilment, including dispatch, customs clearance and delivery times. The tracking was in French but that was easily rectified by pressing the tab for English. The urn was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition in excellent time. Highly recommend and will use again if I need to.

Please help I have had my Urns you posted Retained at the Hollyoak Store that they should have been at !! Please help!! I have paid £90 for them!! I have M.S !! I am very distressed finding Twice that have either not been delivered there after sending me a noice I Can collect them now. Mon 13th. But they Suggested they were returned back to the Sender !! I Cannot Complete the burial of my mums Ashes until I have them!! I’m astonished and quite frantic now. Please help??

when ordering I was not aware the urn was coming from France , therefore it took over a week to get to me , the tracking details were in French and some of us dont understand French , very frustrating

The Urn was everything and more than I expected. Service was first classes

The wooden urn was far better than expected and the price was excellent. We got the smallest urn which was perfect. Excellent product excellent price and only waited days for it to arrive. Also really good that date of delivery was given to an hour on the day.

The family found it too soon to break up the ashes of my father so I cancelled my order the next day. They were very prompt and helpful and refunded my payment without question that week. I will use them once we are ready.

Lovely idea and nice product yet the sizing isn’t accurate enough I ordered the L/M and it didn’t fit. Was for an M size finger. So not able to wear.
