Called in the shop on 3 occasions and had great service from Colin and also his brother. I kept changing my mind on the make of sofa I wanted but Colin was really helpful and nothing was a problem. After 15 weeks wait my sofa was delivered just in time for Christmas as promised and it is just fabulous! The quality and colour of the leather is perfect and looks SO expensively. I can highly recommend this company!

Recieved my sofa in 12 weeks and no hesitation in recommending delux to anyone who wants really great quality for the money. Everything else to me was secondary but the delivery company were also very good. No complaints and very happy with what i got.

After looking for a very long time for modular leather sofas i came across Delux Deco who seemed to have a very good range online. Ofcourse there are lots of choices online but its so hard to know what is decent quality. After visiting the delux showroom i immediately knew that these guys were about quality. I ordered a modular sofa which actually came in reasonable time considering i was advised 10-14 weeks as it arrived in 10. I must say it is simply excellent quality for the money and Ive seen similiar sofas in Natuzzi for double the price. The delivery guys set it all up and were excellent. I got my emails updates although a little sparse and found delux to always respond to emails although a bit slow with thier calls. I gave 5 stars is because of the quality which you cant beat or i couldnt.

17 weeks ago I put an order into Delux deco for an entertainment unit which the company wanted full payment and a promise of delivery within 9 to 15 weeks. It has now been 18 weeks and I have not received anything, including an explanation from customer services. I have logged two online tickets and phoned on 5 different occasions however I have only got as far as the receptionist who repeatedly tells me no one from customer services is available and that someone will get back to me urgently. This company seems to have no intention of honouring this sale and therefore don't even bother looking at their website.

Don't use this Mickey Mouse company go somewhere and pay full price so that you don't have to wait a year for your order to be completed. Did not even get any compensation. Customer service is non existent and the owner just cannot be bothered. We will never ever use delux deco again and would never ever recommend it to anyone. Dreadful Calls and emails because no one ever replies and calls don't get past the call centre that is used to answer phones! We received £600 free product !!! You are jokers the 600 free product has no back cushions and is useless despite the fact your last confirmed order to complete the purchase said we were getting three back cushions you only delivered one. Still waiting for compensation ! Don't use this company.

Firstly, as some reviews have remarked upon, you will wait a long time for your products, but this is made very clear to you before you order. My order arrived at the back end of their original estimate which although I was disappointed with, it would be unfair to be overly critical about this alone, as stated, they made me very aware of the timescales prior to order. On to delivery. My experience is the polar opposite of some of those I have read. The courier firm were a pleasure, they bent over backward to accommodate a date change that I requested. The sofas themselves are excellent. I ordered the Paramount cinema seats, 2 rows of 3 seats. The quality is way beyond what I could have hoped for. I am totally delighted with them if I am completely honest. My only feedback to Delux Deco is that I would have felt more comfortable with more regular updates, but Colin and the team were always courteous (despite my shortness sometimes) and indeed, Colin even made a you tube video with assembly tips so that everything went well on the day of delivery (ps, my sofas required light assembly but I doubt that would necessarily always be the case, just the nature of my particular order). If you are prepared to wait, the quality versus price ratio might well be impossible to beat, which as I understand, is at the very heart of their USP, ie, you will wait, but it will be worth it. knowledgeable staff and excellent range of moden sofas which are super lux - but take a while. Got my lovely urban sofa in 13 weeks from order but worth the wait and exceeds my expectations. Basic service but everthing was communicated well and products were put togther for me. All in all pretty happy and will be back for one of those designer chairs.

We received text confirmation our sofas were coming on Friday. A days holiday duly arranged and all old sofas moved to the garden in preparation for their arrival, between 8-11. A text arrived at 5pm the day before confirming this. A message was left on my phone on Friday morning saying they weren't coming. No other information. No one had any idea at customer service where they were or why they had confirmed delivery. Our old sofas were rain sodden after being in the garden all night, so we had no seating whatsoever. We were then told they would deliver on Saturday. This was after repeated calls to customer services, with promises of return calls. Not one call was made to me, despite numerous calls requesting a manager call back. I have still have not had one. Delivery was apparently going to be confirmed by phone. No one called. We then got a text saying they would come between 7-10. 10o'clock came and went, again, yet another call to their "customer services". Apparently they were coming, but definitely between 3-5. At 1 o'clock we had a call saying they were nearly at our house. They said 3-5 was wrong and they wouldn't wait. Thankfully my husband could get home in time or they would have left. The order is incomplete- again no one has any idea how this happened. We now have to wait for a module of the sofa to arrive on yet another day. I've been booked in for a day I'm a work, again, without telling me. Again, I only found this out when I called. Never had such a farcical delivery experience. This would stop me using deluxe deco again frankly.

Bought 3 sets of paramount cinema seating and its very good set for the price. I shopped around and saw sets for double the price with no real difference in the quality. Recommended If you want better value.

I thought i would add my review as i am personally very pleased with both the service and very good quality of goods on offer from this company. I visted them in the showroom and then ordered a corner sofa which showed up in about 14 weeks. I couldn't be happier as this is the simply a great deal ! I knew it was going to take ages and that i would have to wait and i bought into that. Strange though because quite a few reviews are about the timing but most others agree the quality is good. Its a bit unfair and if like me you just want a good deal - make sure youre ready to wait. Regards Anoushka.

I really don't know where to start with this. The sofa arrived. It was too large. We informed them about this and then realised that their returns policy mentioned that the sofa needed to be repacked by us, to look as good as new. The boxes that were given to us were already damp, ripped and covered in mould. Certainly not new. I have all photos of every process. Anyway after a phone call with Colin, a manager, I soon realised that the company was clearly the most unprofessional of its kind. Colin goaded me after I said that I would let my solicitor deal with him. He soon changed his tune though after a letter from trading standards arrived for him. We wrapped the sofa in industrial cling film and after 2.5 weeks people came to pick the sofa up. Its now over 1.5 months and I have still not received my refund. The company have lied several times, using excuses like "Our returns man has had some time off' and " we promise we'll process the refund this friday." They are quite simply the worst and most dishonest company I have ever dealt with and I would beg anyone to avoid them at all costs.

When I ordered my sofa, they just finished the foundations of a new four apartment block across the street. At the end of next month the first tenants are moving in, but I won't have a sofa yet. So unless you are happy to wait longer for a sofa than it takes for a brand new building to be built, I cannot recommend this company. To be fair, I cannot comment on the quality of the product as I don't have it, this is all about timing. I do however hope that the reply from the company on one of the other reviews here that products are sold with minor damage to protect the environment was just a typo. I ordered a sofa on the 11th of January. It took two weeks to process the order before production started and actual production took a month. Since the 22 of February (roughly a month from today), the sofa has been "ready to ship," but that ship has not sailed yet and no information is available as to when it will actually be shipped. When I queried it I was told that it would arrive "well within the 15 weeks" maximum time, but the next day this was changed to say it would be more like 17 weeks. This was a week ago, so I can only assume we are now looking at 18 (between 4 and 5 months!). Simply put, if you were to order a sofa today, you are looking at the end of August or beginning of September. In the company's defence, they were quick to respond to my queries, until I asked for the actual date that the ship will leave the harbour so that I can plan for the future, at which time correspondence died a death. I still don't know when this will ship and I expect that is because they don't know either - once they place an order with China their hands are tied and your backside better start getting used to the floor. I used their maximum allowable time to plan my furniture arrangements but they told me they cannot take responsibility for my arrangements, even if it was based on my contract with them. Their website states that they cannot control timing delays up to 10 days, but in correspondence I was told that it is reasonable to add an additional month to the maximum possible time. In fact, they have no control over the process after you paid. The policy is to wait until they have enough orders to fill a shipping container, so as a customer you are solely reliant on other people's orders, how long you wait has nothing to do with your agreement with them. Now there is an argument for paying less for the Chinese made sofa (I assume this is where it comes from as the Chinese New Year was provided as a reason for my delays) and waiting longer, but that argument has a limit - at some point paying more and actually having a sofa is better than paying less for no sofa at all. I enquired about my statutory rights to cancel this and was told that they would only refund me 75%, even though my sofa was not highly individualised or bespoke as I asked for no individualisation on a selectable option on the website. The legal advice I got is that retaining the 25% would be illegal according to par 28(b) and 34(8) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2014. In addition to this only refunding within 30 days is a breach of par 34(6). I do not intend to start a legal debate on here, only to highlight sections to over customers should they find themselves in a similar position. This will be a matter for the SCC if I decide to cancel. To summarise, I would have just liked this to work. I like the look of the sofa and all I wanted was a simple process where I pay the right amount at the right time and they deliver the right sofa in the right condition at the right time. Simple as that. But for one party to think it is reasonable for them to delay their side but expect you to fully comply seems very unreasonable to me. Would they have found it "reasonable" if I proposed to delay payment with 30 days or offered to pay £250 less than the advertised price because I found that "reasonable?" I don't think so, they will just tell me to go away. So why is it "reasonable" for them to delay with 30 days? You cannot wash your hands and blame China, my contract was with this company and not with China, how they get my goods to my door is solely their responsibility. Let's be clear, if that ship leaves tomorrow (highly unlikely), it is at sea for 6 weeks and then it needs to be delivered to me (which surely can't take longer than 1 week). This will be 14 days later than the maximum possible time they advertise, 56 days (two months) from the earliest possible day and 35 days later than the average. The chance of that ship sailing tomorrow seems highly unlikely to me...But who knows? If you need something within a specific time frame this is just not the option for you. If you are happy to wait indefinitely, then maybe. Update on 23rd of March: Since I posted this, the company sent me an email threatening me with legal action for libel and slander (not sure which one they have decided on as yet). I stated that I am happy to discuss this with their solicitor as I have full documentary evidence for every claim I have made. I am however not going to be bullied into removing a review which I feel factually represents my experience. They have claimed in their response to my review that I posted a tirade all over the net, although I only posted this on two highly reputable review websites, of which this is one. They further insist I cannot provide a review of their company as I haven't received the goods, even though I clearly stated this in my review - as a matter of fact that is the issue. In their response they note that it has not been established that the sofa will be late, even though they sent me an email clearly stating that the estimated time of the sofa arriving in the country is beyond the 15 week mark - let alone the date of arriving at my home. I have still not received a date on which they are planning to ship the sofa, it has now been "ready to ship" for more than a month - they refuse to provide me with the exact date and shipment detail. In their response they also state that they do not see a purchase as a legal contract, which should be worrying to all consumers as you part with your money when you order the product. I guess you either have the patience to deal with this from a retailer or you don't and everyone should make their own mind up on whether this is for them or not.

We ordered a large corner settee from Deluxdeco and we're pleased that it arrived on time. We paid £45 for a platinum delivery service which was to include delivery and assembly. The first time they tried to deliver they had only brought half the unit so we refused delivery. The second time they delivered, the delivery guys refused to assemble the product as their instructions did not include construction (probably just as well as I don't think they'd have known how to construct). We constructed the unit ourselves and did get the £45 delivery charge reimbursed but without an apology for our inconvenience. Shame!

I ordered a sofa for our new house in early August to allow for there delivery lead time of 8 - 10 weeks. After about 4 weeks had email stating that safa was being produced then a couple of weeks later an email saying my sofa was ready and awaiting shipping. Checked regularly and no change to situation. So I emailed requesting requesting update only to be told manufacturer had problem with fabric ?????? Strange !!!!! And that my sofa will not be delivered until first week December. Will be asking credit card company to obtain refund. Also advise everyone to avoid this company
