We purchased universal cinema seats and violin sofas and after a long wait we can honestly say would not hesitate in buying again from Delux Deco. The quality and aftersales service we have experienced is exemplary. Don’t hesitate or buy anything elsewhere, you won’t be disappointed in the slightest.

Very poor customer service. You will spend lot of time emailing them with responses super delayed or no update. They have chargeable number. Sofa delivery as per contract was max 15 weeks. Due to leather issues initially, they delayed whole shipment Received sofa after 19 WEEKS.. after such a long wait the sofa had edges torn.they Arranged for homeserve repair which came after weeks and then they mentioned it will be done by manufacturer. Trying to email delux deco but absolutely no response and standard message manufacturer will look into.NO compensation provided and no updates u can ever receive.

I feel I must write about our experience with this furniture company. Having looked at many websites for a Matt Black Floating Wall unit, we found Delux Deco. They only advertised the units in grey or white matt. I enquired whether they could accommodate us with matt black, which they said they could. We travelled from Kent to Windsor to visit the showroom. This was in June this year and we ordered the unit, having to pay approx £100 more for the bespoke matt black colour. We were told that it would take some 2 to 3 months and we paid our deposit of one quarter of the price. We came away very happy and excited. To explain, we are having extensive building work done and our builders were preparing for the delivery of the unit. They have papered and painted in preparation and all the appropriate electrics and fittings added taking into consideration every measurement that was supplied to us, (to incorporate hidden plugs etc.) We made several calls for advice along the way. We did not suspect anything was wrong… About 9 weeks into the period since we ordered the unit, my Project Manager asked me to get an update of a more realistic date that the unit would be available. I rang the showroom but was told to email into the support team. The reply I received was devastating ..it read “We have been waiting for quite some time for the outcome of discussions with our supplier regarding the manufacture of custom Ikon units. Unfortunately due to the global demand on raw materials in the current climate they have substantially increased their prices to the point where they have doubled for custom made units. Prices in all industries are now highly inflationary and this has a knock-on affect for the consumer as a result. Unfortunately we are not able to offer this custom product at the original price as it is simply not viable. Please accept our sincere apologies for this situation and we will of course refund you as soon as possible.” Nothing was up for discussion…..Had we not asked for an update, we would still have been unaware.! Whilst I can appreciate that these are ‘testing/difficult’ times, this company offered us the goods at an agreed price back in June for this custom built piece of furniture and pointed out to us at the time that as it was a customised order an extra £100 would apply to the cost and that the deposit was non-refundable. We agreed on these terms. What we cannot accept, when told of the situation, was the attitude of the company literally telling us on the phone, “what do you expect us to do!!!!!. At first he had no intention of even offering to help pay for the increase.He then said that we could pay another £200 and he would get back to us when he had found out the new timescale. Subsequently he sent another email to say that he could not continue with the order… the deposit has been refunded to us. This is why I have to post this to make future customers aware. We now have to find another unit to fit over the area that has been prepared for that unit!!! I have been married for 43 years and in all that time we have bought many items of furniture we have never ever been told that we would need to pay double for something that had already been ordered at an agreed price, with no thought of how we might feel. THE BELOW IS WRITTEN AS A RESPONSE TO DELUX DECOS RESPONSE TO MY INITIAL REVIEW>>>> WHICH YOU CAN SEE BELOW Although I would like an end to this entire unfortunate experience I feel that I cannot leave deluxdeco’s response unchallenged. At no time did the employee show any concern or empathy in his dealings with us. In fact he only said that he was sorry after I commented that an apology would be nice. His method of dealing with the situation was to go on the defensive. At the point of ordering the cabinet we were informed that we could not cancel this order or we would forfeit our deposit. It is ,therefore,somewhat ironic that deluxdeco cancelled our order. Had I not taken the time to check on the delivery of this cabinet I wonder when I would have been told. A quick curtesy call by way of a forewarning might have shown good customer care. I fail to understand the “chicken analogy”. If you go to buy chicken and they havent got any then you cant buy any - its a simple as that . Also he mentions that the company will continue offering customers the cabinet in white and walnut, but I think he must mean white and grey. Clearly he needs some knowledge of product availability. I have no intention of commenting any further on this matter and will certainly not be changing my original opinion as stated in my first review.

purchased the Camargue from delux deco, quality and look is superb. However, when assembled by the delivery team it was slightly damaged, emailed and called delux deco who placed an order for the replacement piece immediately. Luckily the damage (indent on arm) wasn’t very noticeable and so could get away with it for the time being, staff were understanding and apologetic, otherwise would be 5* :/

Good Product (5 stars), Customer Service 1 star. The Customer service is so bad it makes me want to dry and I won't actually sit on the furniture it has made me hate it so much. If you want them to threaten you with terms and conditions and have an argument then use this lot. They will be happy to oblige (after about a week of not doing anything). I am surprised you claim to not know who I am, as I told you I was going to leave you a review. You must have a lot of people telling you you are going to get a bad review in that case.

I originally purchased the 3 seater Rosseta fabric lounge sofa by contacting the company and having a virtual visit to view the sofa. I spoke with Ran, who is extremely helpful and made my purchase. The wait was a while but during this time I realised that my measurement were off and the sofa would not fit! Distraught with embarrassment I contacted the company and again they were just so kind and helpful and they issued me a refund. There was no pressure at all to reorder a different model from them and accepted my error without question. I did looked at other company’s but I eventually returned to Delux Deco as they had been so helpful and choose the same model in a smaller size! I had no issue with the wait time and just looked forward to receiving my Sofa. The sofa arrived and it looked gorgeous however there was an issue with one off the recliner which was making a noise and catching as it was reclining. I contacted the company who helped me contact the engineers to arrange an appointment to co e and look at the sofa. I was advised to not use the faulty recliner, which I did. When the engineer came he tested the sofa and after a few tries it was working perfectly, typical! I didn’t care, I was just happy it was all sorted. In summary from start to finish I have nothing but positive praise for Delux Deco. They have been so helpful, attentive and understanding and their products are gorgeous. I am so happy with my new Sofa, it is a joy to relax on. It is comfortable, roomy and when reclined feels like a cushioned bed! Ran, especially, was a star and helped me at every stage and can’t thank him enough for all his help.

After being disappointed with one of the large furniture companies, we found DeluxDeco online. experience was completely different to the larger firm, much more personal and staff seemed to care about the details. we ordered and waited 12 weeks, overall, sofas look great and the quality was worth the wait. Really happy with it.

Professional service, staff weren’t pushy. We booked an appointment and went in store as soon as we could after browsing online for over a year. Delux Deco were a lovely company to work with as part of our project, thanks a lot to Ran.

Received my Universal cinema chairs this morning. Yes, the wait was long, but is it worth it? Absolutely -100%! I don't think the family has ever been so excited by furniture before. The chairs are of great quality leather. There are buttons for reclining, massaging and to chill your beer! LED lights surround the cup holder and the bottom of the chairs. They are very comfortable and look so cool. Delighted with them. Big thank you also to the delivery team who were professional and friendly. The only criticism I have is that communication post sales can be a bit confusing, as are the timescales but very pleased with chairs and recommend them to all tv addicts everywhere!

We ordered two sofas from Delux Deco after visiting the store. Process was smooth and salespeople great. When one of the sofas was unpacked however, there was a indent in one leather cushion. We got in contact with customer service and they sent us a new piece immediately, without extra charges. Overall great experience due to the fact that we had been looking for high quality sofas and we got that, with the exception of the faulty cushion which was replaced promptly without hassle over the phone.
