well made sofa, spent quite a bit of time researching for U shape sofas and wanted it big and deep for the family. After several chats and a video call with staff at delux deco i finally ordered. I’ve now received it, in good time and the quality is excellent, really comfy as it was promoted to be. Many thanks.

We bought some Cinema seating from Delux Deco and they provided us a fantastic service. They were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The seating is of a real good quality and whilst we have only had them for a few days so far they seem to well made. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product.

Nice furniture but you'd better pray that you don't have an issue with anything as you'll then become embroiled in a spiral of doom as they do everything they can to wriggle out of being responsible. Lovely reply from DD but sadly inaccurate. They were informed of the issue right after it was fitted and then spent months not replying before suggesting fixes that the technician said could never work. I accepted the repair offer and asked for the cost of removing and refitting the unit to be considered as the only reason it needed to be done was because there was an issue. They agreed but then didn't like the quote - I said I'd pick that cost up and based the review on the fact that this has taken 7 months to agree. Now they withdraw the repair offer as me posting the review is "a slap in the face".

I have recently bought again from this company reason being i couldn’t find anything equivalent elsewhere quality wise. On my first purchase i ordered the Camargue, very comfortable and neat. On my most recent purchase i ordered custom cinema seats which i couldn’t be more happy with. Great products, great staff and great delivery team!

Excellent experience and sofa from Delux Deco Windsor. Staff were helpful and organised. Was worrying about when our sofa would arrive after 12 weeks however we did that week get a text for delivery so all okay. Highly recommend Domino corner sofa.

After 2 months delay of delivery, we didn't know the worse was about to come: 1: Wrong and incomplete sofa set was delivered 2: The fabric was damaged due to poor packaging which left visible marks and lines 3: The whole measurements and size of the set was wrong and is not what we ordered 4: The sofas were not even proper assembled by the delivery people and one piece is missing! 5: The delivery people left all the rubbish of the packaging in the street 6: Drove off (ran away witnessed by neighbours) without getting any confirmation by us And the company is ignoring all these problems and stress that they have caused us and they are forcing us to accept the product that we did not even order!

Couldn’t be happier with our sofa (Forza modular), service as well as store in Windsor was lovely, well worth the visit and 12 week wait!

Really happy with my cinema seats, quality feels great and looks excellent as a set of 5 seats. Worth the wait! Was a little concerned with the time period given for delivery date as it was shifted back a few days than expected but after talking to customer service and the director of the company they were able to explain why, giving a new accurate date and time which was extremely helpful, they took it very seriously. (also compensated by giving me a a care kit.) Professional service!
