United Kingdom | 06 July 2019I've had my Uforma sofa now for 6 months and couldn't be happier with it or my experience with Delux Deco. It's a very humble showroom and soft sales experience, and their prices completely belie the quality of their products. I spent many months looking for a sofa in the right price range that met my quality expectations, and would have had to spend 3x this elsewhere for the same standard of workmanship (however I still didn't see anything else that was quite as stylish and beautiful as their range). The process was transparent and straightforward, and my sofa arrived earlier than expected (< 9weeks). However they make it very clear items are made to order in China and can take up to 15 weeks. I was prepared to wait longer and would advise anyone else it's worth the wait. I don't expect I'll be buying another sofa for a long time, but will recommend this place to anyone looking for something that costs a little bit more than you'd spend at a retail park, for a different class of product.

I purchased Cloella corner sofa which has just been set up by their guys. They did a great job and very service orientated and i am now finally relaxing on my new sofa which is simply fabulous. Kept updated and good communication. Everybody has been very helpful through-out the whole process. Highly recommended.

United Kingdom | 14 April 2019Final update 23 July 2019: I really wish I was posting this final update to give more stars to this company but I am not able to do it. As our entire almost year long experience stayed exactly the same. No initiative or proactive customer service from this firm. As of one week ago, and only after having to threaten to sue with an official 'letter before court claim' we received the correct legs. This was of course after being threatened by them to never deliver the correct legs unless we took down this review! The company finally agreed to courier the third and correct set of legs and did no follow up to see if they ever arrived or to book someone to fit them. The worst part is the box wasn't very heavy or big, so the initial over six month wait for the wrong legs seems entirely inappropriate. In the end we fit them ourselves and can finally draw a line under this whole horrible experience. I suspect we will only hear from them now because of this review but if I did not post this they would have likely never contacted us again. It is shameful. Reply to DeluxDeco's response below: After months of waiting for you to resolve this issue our review is eminently reasonable; I only regret that we did not post it earlier. We have had to consistently chase you for responses. The reason you have not sent the correct legs is because you wish to avoid courier costs. These are LEGS not the entire sofa. Potential DeluxDeco customers should be aware that they risk being delivered the incorrect sofa, and then have to deal with your non-responsive customer for months in hope of a resolution. Original review: We ordered the Tikz leather modular sofa from Delux Deco in August of 2018. We took delivery of the sofa in mid-December of 2018. However, the sofa that arrived had completely different legs to the promised stainless steel ones advertised on their website. The legs we received are thin black and plastic coated which completely changes the look of the sofa. We would have never ordered this sofa with the legs we received. On the day of delivery we notified Delux Deco, sent pictures and were told they would sort it out ASAP. We understood we might need to be patient given the upcoming Christmas holiday. However what has happened to date is completely unacceptable. It is now mid-April of 2019 and we do not get any updates unless we chase them relentlessly. When we do, we get excuses such as all factories are closed Chinese new year, shipping dates are unknown etc. We have been given an indicative delivery date for the legs of 'approximately mid-May' but given past experience we have little confidence that this will be met. We asked that a manager please call us to discuss this and were once again met with no response. If you are thinking of ordering from Delux Deco, keep in mind what you receive may not match what is shown on the website and if your experience is anything like ours you will not be able to rely on customer service to resolve your issues.

United Kingdom | 30 March 2019Very high quality furniture at reasonable cost, both Grahame and Colin are very helpful pre-order in sorting out the best option .... it is a decision really easy to get wrong for tons of reasons. Ian and Dom delivered and assembled the modular sofa this morning, very careful and professional in making sure all was good before they left ..... this after driving from Sheffield to Kendal first thing on a Saturday.

Excellent delivery from two lovely guys who were efficient, professional and friendly. Even kindly helped me to move my old sofa which I didn't expect - also cleaned up beautifully. Highly recommend.

I purchased a large lazydays sofa after seeing it in the showroom and it’s simply an excellent product and pretty good value compared to what else we have seen around London. My wife is over the moon so i felt compelled to compliment the company for a change. The delivery guys attached all the feet and set up in my room and it took about 10 weeks just before xmas. I would throughly recommend delux deco and have had a very good experience to date.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2019Very good if you're praising them, shockingly confrontational and obstructive if there is a problem. we took delivery of a 4 seater and 2 seater in December 2016. Since then a minimum of 3 call outs have been requested for the same issue, which is creaking and squeaking of the 4 seater sofa. Each time an engineer has come, confirmed the issue and fixed it. After some time the same issue resurfaces and we have repeated the process. Recently we contacted Delux Deco to ask them to suggest a resolution as it is unreasonable to keep repeating the same process. They admitted that the issue has repeatedly arisen but have requested "proof, beyond any shadow of a doubt". Surely the fact an engineer has confirmed that there is an issue and the fact that the issue has arisen multiple times in the 2 years and 1 month since we took delivery should be sufficient? After all, it is DD who send the engineers. They are arguing that it is because of usage, but they conveniently forget that we have constantly reminded them that it is just my wife and I who live at the property, both of us work full time and are away most weekends so usage is not the issue here. To make things more ludicrous they want proof of usage... Am I supposed to send them video footage of our living room over the past 2 years? How does one provide proof of usage? Even if we were using the sofa's all the time, surely they should last more than the time period we have had it? I'm awaiting a response from them but based on the tones of their previous emails I don't expect any solution or resolution, despite requesting this. UPDATE: Their response to requesting a resolution or an engineer under their stated 5 year warranty is: "Unfortunately and after careful consideration your claim is denied" So it looks like they won't even honour their supposed 5 year warranty.... Very unprofessional! UPDATE in response to DD response to this review: Can you advise what form of proof you will accept? A video of the creaking? Can you also forward the technicians report so we can verify your ludicrous claims of no fault being present ourselves? If no fault was present then what did the technician fix on 3 occassions? Why have Homeserve confirmed there were faults? We will put in a freedom of information request so you can't object to forwarding it like you did on the phone. Can you stop falsely claiming you are regulated by the Furniture Ombudsman as claimed on a previous thread. I have spoken to them and they have confirmed that you are NOT signed with them.

Ordered the Certosa corner recliner, recieved it a few days back. Delighted to have finally got the sofa. Delivery men delivered with caution and care. Unfortunately took 14 weeks but worth the wait.

The sales guys couldn’t have been more informative and it took around 11 weeks, so within what was stated and expected. Delivery was scheduled twice and second time it was all set up for me and job done, with thanks. The sofa makes up for everything.

United Kingdom | 11 July 2018I bought lazyday corner sofa. First of all the fabric I selected was not the one that was supplied secondly the sofas started pilling off just after 2 weeks. This sofa was expensive and the price did not reflect on the quality.

After being kept up to date of the progress as promised i am pleased with the end result. The delivery guys brought it all in carefully and set it all up perfectly. Good service and will buy again. United Kingdom | 11 May 2018We purchased the large black clio sofa and footstool from Delux Deco late in 2017. I had sent a few emails to the company with different questions after I ordered the sofa but I had to prompt and resend a few of these emails to get a response from the team. It's a little strange that you have to do this because they are helpful and friendly when you get hold of them. I had a £10 excess on my phone bill after my calls to the only Delux Deco premium number but they did discount my footstool so I suppose it makes it easier to accept. Anyway, after some logistical problems and a few weeks delay, which we were compensated a leather care kit for, we finally got our full sofa in April. We are enjoying the sofa, it's very comfortable and the leather seems to be of good quality though no leather certificate is provided. There is minor puddling on the seats but the team explained the reasons for this which makes sense and we are totally fine with that as long as it remains a minor issue. We are however experiencing a problem with one of the headrests - the foam isn't sitting right under the leather and it sticks out like a sore thumb from other headrests. It's been almost 2 weeks since i emailed photos as asked but haven't heard anything which is a little worrying so i'm super keen for them to give me a call to get the issue rectified ASAP. I will update this review as that happens. 14th May - email received from Delux Deco, delay due to logistical problems on their part, someone coming to have a look at our problem next week which is fantastic. 30th May - issue partially fixed with headrest, the chap who came to review it last week said it should even out over the next 6 weeks and the issue is due to the product being new. I also queried the integrity of the headrest after being told it was faux leather by said repairer. Delux deco were in touch straight away and provided me with a leather sample and reassured me the front of the headrests were real leather which was exactly what I thought. To summarise, Delux Deco are a legit company and worth buying from. We feel we took a huge risk buying a sofa we couldn't sit on first (warehouse too far away from us) but the quality/ comfort and value to date is brilliant. The company could be a little more responsive at times and change their phone number to a normal rate but no one is perfect, not even me :)

They had a couple of bad reviews so i was slightly unsure and hadn't heard of them before. I purchased a couple of really nice designer chairs which are excellent value and just recieved yesterday. Thoroughly recommended !! Planning to buy a corner sofa later.

The service was good - start to finish and kept up to date with emails and texts. The delivery team were really good and set up everything for me. Cant complain and happy now.

I have expressed interest in buying a large mod sofa and they said No as I live in Australia, when I asked why they offer international shipping to Anywhere in the world quoting what they state on their website they never responded back, Nice way to do business, if I could rate their customer service 0 stars I would. Update 30.08.2017. That is completely understandable regarding shipping, but please remove the information that you do as stated on your shipping link. It's misleading to consumers. It got our hopes up as we thought you do ship anywhere in the world. Thank you.

United Kingdom | 23 April 2017Good: I had a positive and efficient experience when placing my order; I called in to clarify a query and the response was good so I went ahead and purchased the table I wanted. It was an August order for delivery in early December which I was fine with and Delux deco were good with email updates right through to delivery. THE VERY BAD: On setting up the table I bought - the height was less than the advertised height and then my troubles started. I made my initial request to return the item in mid-December, had to chase up TWICE then I was told that they wouldn't be able to pick up item until after Christmas. I asked when they could collect and never got a reply and no further communication from them. I contacted my credit card company in March and luckily I got them (credit card company) to refund the money. To return an item you have to package as it was delivered, take photos at each stage of packaging and send the photos to Delux Deco - I did all of this and in fairness to them - they do inform you about their return conditions. Table still wrapped up in my shed!!! AVOID: If you can't deal with any post- sales issues (i.e. returns) - they are terrible at this. If you're after a bargain and don't mind any potential after sales issues then grab a bargain.
