Everyone was very helpful & professional - quickest, smoothest move ever

Hello everyone. This is the fast and good service moving company. Thank you guys from Dumbo, you are the BEST. You pick up my stuff pretty cool and I got it n my final destination safe and secure. Was a good choice having your service. I will recomend to anyone. Price was better than other moving companies. GOD bless you guys.

If I can give them a zero I really would I was Very dissatisfied.. They almost dropped my TV, broke my daughter's TV stand, when moving furniture into the hallway they knocked down the cover of the light and did not put it back so i had to have someone fix it and put it back up. I had to tell them to make sure to cover and wrap my mattresses and box springs because they was going to take them just like that not cover or wrap up One of the guys seemed to be in a bad mood and rushing and then someone from Dumbo had the nerve to call me asking me how was the move, and asked me why didn't I give them a tip I told him how dissatisfied i was and he was still talking about a damn tip!!!!

Movers were great! Everything was super quick and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Used Dumbo for a move in Manhattan. They broke a lamp and completely cracked a dining table. They offered a tiny amount of compensation for the broken table, not even close to enough to replace it. Movers had to constantly be reminded to wear masks. They were also incredibly slow and took about 2 hours for a "lunch break." Awful experience - would not recommend.

Service was great! On a dime, they scheduled my moving within a few hours. The moving men were totally professional, they knew what they were doing, and in super speed timing. Definitely would recommend dumbo moving!!

Guys were great and worked well with our weird packing. Few knicks and scratches on some furniture but all in all super great and successful.

The 2 movers I had made it work getting all of my belongings in the too small U-Haul I ordered. They had to play a little Tetris to make it happen but they were super patient and accommodating. I would definitely use Dumbo moving again.

Would not recommend. ‘Mixed up’ days and so failed to do the move on the day scheduled which resulted in delays and costs on our end which were not recovered. On the day they finally did arrive they didn’t show up with packing boxes as we had paid for and had to take two hours to go back to pick up the boxes. Not professional at all.

The typical gross-feeeling scam where the movers aren’t friendly and then try to swindle you for more money at the end when you didn’t precisely know exactly what was needed. I had a tiny studio and they wanted $200 for moving a few extra suitcases and a chair. It all fit into a small truck very easily.

First of all I asked for the crew not to show up early. They were there before I could get there due to a flight delay. Second, I was harassed nonstop about tipping and what the tip amount should be. I have been self-employed since I was 14 and I have never demanded or expected to be tipped and I felt it very offensive for that to happen. There was also damage done to a couple pieces of the furniture and they denied being responsible. Even though I could see the wood shavings on the staircase where they brought the furniture down.

Professional, safe, arrived on time. They took great care of my belongings and even helped to assemble heavy furniture after they moved it in. Would highly recommend

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Despite paying for 2 movers, I only had one. Some of my furniture was damaged in the move because nothing was wrapped. One of the movers tried to bribe me and when i said no he left without completing the job. Horrifying and disappointing. You should be ashamed of how you treated me during and after this experience and of the people you hired.
