Kind, respectful and responsible movers

They did the job - they moved my stuff from one apartment to the next. Moving is a very stressful time and I did get frustrated by the movers' attitude. I was moving a bedroom's worth of belongings from a three-floor walk up to a ground floor apartment a few blocks away. They kept complaining about the amount of stuff that I had, refused to pack particular items (that would have definitely fit), and complained about the apartment.

My bed is broken. Otherwise it was fine.

Couldn’t have asked for an better, easier experience. Mike and the crew could not have been nicer. Fast, efficient, and handled everything with great care. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This is my 3rd time using Dumbo. They are always on time efficient and professional. They make moving a breeze. We had slight damage to one item for the first time in 3 moves and they immediately rectified the matter to my satisfaction. I will use them again without hesitation and recommend them strongly.

They where good only thing I didn’t notice until after they left was that they should have wrapped up both sides of my couch because it was white so now it was dirty on one side.

I got an appointment ASAP. They didn’t ask for an itemized inventory like some places do. Just a general idea of how many boxes, appliances, & bedrooms. Not to mention they were super careful with my fragiles. They’re very valuable to me so I was happy to know they’re still in tact. The price was also reasonable considering the other quotes I got. I’d definitely use them again if I move again.

Danilo and Urosh were outstanding, arriving on time and using Covid-19 precautions and professional care with my family's belongings. Didn't have the money to give the 2 men who loaded my things into the truck the 10% tip they said I was supposed to give ($120 for 30 minutes of work). They took care of it real good, by not delivering one box, destroyed a new boxing heavy bag, bent the frame of a $1,600 expo display, and crushed two wardrobe boxes. I will never recommend these people to anyone. And out of the time it took to load the hardly anything I had, I helped carry 50% of it, while the second worker remained in the truck. DUMBO MOVING SUCKS!!!!!
