I had an issue with a recently purchased Revo 6. James at technical support was quick to respond and quick to come up with a solution. I have always liked and purchased E3D products, but this was my first customer service experience and I was very please with how my issue was handled.

Buying is easy. As you have your inventory located in England, shipping is expensive and lengthy. How about setting an small inventory in US? It is the largest economy and your largest market. Even as I don't live in the US, it will be less expensive and faster for me, and you'll have a higher profit for better attending your largest market.

Delivery to Germany is with DHL and they Charge 6€+ and the don’t delivered at Home, you have to go to the post center and pay tax plus charge from DHL. Overall it Kost more then the product it self. 12,95gbp delivery cost from E3D and 11,53€ Tax and DHL extra charge makes Round about 30€ vor delivery. I bought 2 steppers for 36 pound.

After upgrading my Hemera with the Revo upgrade kit, I knew I would have to switch my other printers to the Revo ecosystem. It came time to replace the stock hotends on my 2 Ender 3 pros. I decided to purchase 2 Revo micros due to their lightweight design and I am highly impressed. I placed my order on a Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday amazingly fast since I live in Pennsylvania in the USA. The replacement went very smoothly, and I installed them using the mounts and cooling ducts from E3Ds prusaprinters account using ASA filament from polymaker. I only have about a days worth of printing on the Revo micros, but they are working beautifully. Check out my tiktok @bamf3dprinting to see them in action.

Disappointing product. Even more disappointing customer service.

I love E3D but my current order for the Revo .15mm nozzle is traveling back and forth all over the USA and still not in my state. I ordered last week and should have been delivered yesterday. I am excited to use this nozzle but not sure I will even get. The shipping has stopped providing updates.

Fedex is delaying the clearance process now its been 2week the package arrived in india but fedex is not helping me out to get my package and also not replying to my mails or calls. Please help me with this. Thank you

Love this shop , it's always a straight forward experience and if you need help the customer service is second to none . I have purchased some of the Chinese copy parts such as extruders, hotends, nozzles and heatbreaks in the past , only because the price was so attractive. However it has always resulted in either a drop in quality or reduced service life or in some cases just unusable parts with customer service none existing and no real warranty. The only problems I have had with genuine parts has been user error and that has been explained to me in a very professional way by customer service who are extremely knowledgeable and stay with you until your problem is sorted . I will only buy genuine e3d parts going forward . I do not normally leave reviews but I really do think e3d deserve it.

Revo Voron shipped incredibly quickly and perfectly packaged, wish I could have afforded the pack with all 4 nozzles but oh well.

There was a small problem that held up the order a couple of extra days. Customer service responded quickly and resolved the problem, releasing the order for shipment. Package arrived quickly. All products were in great condition with the expected E3D quality. Deducted 1 star because I had to contact customer service about the order delay. I feel there should be a more proactive process in place to identify order delays.
