I’ve ordered a few things from E3D now, albeit only small items, eg. Heater cartridges, thermistors and hot end socks, but the service is great. Products are of high quality. Thanks E3D

A bit disapionted with the product it says it is a drop in replacement for the original Prusa hotend but there is no PTFE tube included

A great product, backed up be excellent support. I had some power difficulties after installing my Revo hotend on a Hermit Crab toolhead MCU. E3D support (Keith) worked with me to resolve it. It now works perfectly. And the error was mine.

Would have been an easy install but noticed my X-carriage for BMG was cracked so replaced entire setup. Is printing really well, no issues at all. Haven't swapped nozzles yet but am looking for an excuse to do so . . .

I am pleasantly surprised by these high torque motors, they are quiet and practically elimanate all traces of VFA. They are most noisy at speeds below 50mm/s.

This is the 2nd time Ive Used E3D, Both times the Products are Great and no issues but the Courier service You use has been less than successful. Both Times the Courier was to be here on the Friday as it was Ordered on the Wednesday and with next day service paid for. Both times I waited in as it said it was arriving by 6Pm Fed Ex. Both times it failed to show up then disappeared off the system. When I left you this info You simply said a discount of 10% off my Next Order !

Ordered the Revo Micro for fitting onto a Prusa Mini with a Bondtech IFS extruder. Install went well and the instructions were clear. Post installation calibration and prints have been excellent. Everything went well and I'm looking forward to playing with different nozzles!

I've used E3D products for a long time, I started using their products back when they were selling the V5!!! ( I still have it framed in my office). The main thing that appealed to me with the Revo was the quick change nozzles, up until now I had a smell FDM printer with 0.4mm 6v and an E3D bigbox with 0.8mm volcano, after watching a few reviews I noticed that the Revo was able to keep up with the volcano in terms of mm3/s and at the point was convinced that it would be a worth while purchase. I now have the one E3D bigbox as my one and only FDM printer and I can easily switch between a 0.4 and 0.8mm nozzle. this was always a problem in the past, not because of the need for tools but because of the difference in the Z height switching from a volcano to a normal hotend and vice versa. Heat up time is insanely fast, IMHO not necessary but worth noting regardless and the hotend is a drop in replacement for the original V6. The print quality as far as I can tell is identical to the v6. one thing that I noticed as a hobbyist engineer/ tinkerer was the quality of the machined parts, they're gorgeous! and obviously built to a very high standard. Needless to say, I'm really happy with my purchase.
