Fast delivery, well packaged. Installed on my Prusa Mini+ was really easy. Prints really well. I can now experiment with different nozzle sizes easily. I will be upgrading my Ender 3 to Revo as soon as the heat sink is out. I am also building a Voron 0.1 which will also use Revo. I cant say how much I love Revo, it really is that good.

It’d be great if there was a way to change/cancel an order for a short window & while it wasn’t shipped yet - when ordering voron heatsinks it was unclear that it wasn’t much more to instead buy a whole voron head with hotend, especially from the shipping costs - ideally i’d have swapped in seeing that post-order.

Like most who 3D print, I’ve been a loyal E3D customer for years, until today. This past week I spent in excess of £250 buying into the Revo ecosystem. One heatsink has an anodizing flaw, the Bowden collet has a stretched prong so is loose, the cables are far too short to do any kind of neat wiring, I’ve had to buy several packs of spare spring as the first spring failed within 10 minutes. I reached out to E3D with a warranty concern for a week-old product and had the undignified response of a link to an £0.85 product requiring £4.95 to ship, again, all within the warranty period and unused, all small enough for a DL envelope and a 90p stamp at the manufacturer’s expense, again, within warranty for this week old purchase that remains unused. It's a consequence of poor quality control and customer support agents too busy eating with one hand, looking at photos of food on Facebook & Instagram with the other. One 24v Revo Hotend w/ 4 nozzles, one 24v Revo Hotend w/ 1 nozzle, 6 sets of spare springs, two packs of silicone socks, and three additional nozzles are all being returned to the resellers, who are small independent companies who don't need this inconvenience; clearly, they have little respect for their resellers also, three in this instance. For a company who are massively adding to the landfill problem, E3D is doing a marvelous job further taxing the environment with these returns, all for an £0.85 in warranty part essential to a week-old product. No regard for their customers or resellers. Ghetto, low-class, low-grade, non-existent support. Revo buyers, wait, then wait some more, it's not ready or the QC would be in place and we'd have hardened nozzles already.

Really disappointed. We placed an order that took over a week to ship. When the was finally shipped it was put on the slowest Royal Mail shipping and still took 4 days to arrive. We tried to call to speak with someone and were left on hold for over an hour and so we gave up. Not a great experiance.

I got good instruktions that was easy to follow, so im one step closer to get the printer working now. I still havet the same baseproblem thou, but the software software seems ok now

The components are of good quality, but the fact that E3D is not able to charge the customer directly for the customs duties is not worth even one star. This is the first time in my 20 years of experience with online ordering worldwide that this has happened. I'm sorry, but this is pathetic.

I will never buy a clone again! The genuine Titan Aero has solved problems I was experiencing. The only problem I had with the kit is that the fan screws supplied did not fit.

When I received my Hemera, it was missing the idler hobb gear and I haven't been able to get a replacement yet. I have no doubt that it is a fine extruder, but I paid for all the parts, please, E3D, send me all the parts. Update - The customer service was great and I got a replacement shipped out! 4/5 overall

Very satisfied with the E3D V6 hotend. Amazing quality! Purchasing E3D Products from France is difficult. The local resellers do not have all the E3D products I need (spare parts, nozzles etc.) therefore I order directly from E3D in the UK. But the shipping costs+ import taxes are way to high! £10 shipping + £12 import taxes for a £50 order! I also run a YouTube channel and many of my subscribers from the US complain they cannot purchase easily E3D products...
