I received the parts as expected. I have not yet installed the hardened steel nozzles yet.

I had a faulty thermistor show up on a Revo 6 after about 50 hours of print time. I ordered 2 new heater cores and reported the failure to E3d. Max Burr replied the next day with suggestions on trouble shooting the problem. It was determined that it was the wiring to the thermistor. Max got me a refund on the heater core and arranged shipping on the failed heater core. This was a level of customer service not often seen now days.

So much easier to use than the classic system. Changing the nozzles twice a week was a chore but now, no longer do I need the tools, worries of breaking, snipping, scratching and more. Only wish I had this sooner.

Simply put, I love E3D. I am still running a titan aero on two of my printers and they are just unstoppable. Can't wait to try the Revo line here in the not too distant future! The dual drive Hobbs put the new extruders (Hemera FTW!) back on top in my book, for a drop in replacement of most 3d printer extruder/hotends and literally any filament you can throw at it. Haven't had a bad experience yet with E3D, just wish it wasn't so far away to ship ;).

Only ever heard great things about E3D within the printing community and I understand why! The service from order to delivery has been fantastic, I've been kept updated at every step. I ordered a Vulcano upgrade set from E3D and it arrived as promised within 48hrs of posting (actually less). The quality of the product is impeccable. When comparing cheap nozzles to those from E3D one can see the difference on machining, i.e smooth surface at the tip of the nozzle and inside the hole. The kit came with all required parts and was easy to fit. The availability of information online is extremely good. Good to see the company carrying on following the sad loss of Sanjay

E3d is allways top the one star you loose is for fedex priority mail. they made a mistake putting the packet on the wrong route.

This is a really good hotend, but You should change or check the connectors especially the one for 24V. My hotend didn´t got hot. I fixed the connector and now it works.

Service and delivery very good. Very frustrating that I need to order the part in the first place, the reason for replacement this part on my printer was due to a known fault with the lubrication in the bearing causing the part to fail. I have had to purchase the items to fix a manufacturing fault.

Ordered the Titan Lid Replacement Kit for my CR-10 V3. The package arrived in good condition in Belgium. 2 remarks : 1 - By the time it arrived I payed almost 9 times the price of the item on shipping and customs cost. 2 - How come you put in a bearing that desintegrates after a couple of hours of printing? Except for the remarks I'm very happy with the product.
