The company trapped my partner into a ‘12 month contract’ to which he must pay over $200 a month after he initially tried to cancel and they upsold him from a smaller plan. We are a single income family and he then had to go back to a full time job and they refuse to let you cancel due to a ‘verbal’ agreement to which he was unaware it was a 12 month contract. The leads are absolutely rubbish and amount to nothing, costs you money rather than making it as you get undercut by non qualified people offering electrical services for $50.

3 painters responded 1 was very busy, another wanted a quick cheap job, which was declined thanks 3rd time users - 3 excellent trades-people

Nothing was too much of a bother for Ray and his suggestions regarding colours were spot on. His friendly nature made it very easy to communicate and he went the extra mile a few times when we needed his assistance. Started using hipages in 2022, at first I was good but in the beginning of 2023 I found that most of the leads were tyre kickers. I had raised multiple disputes with high pages regarding non-authentic leads all of which were ignored. The customers that use high pages are not made aware that the tradie is charged fee to except the Leeds. due to unresolved issues with hipages I cancelled membership on eighth of May 2023, hi pages send a generic email saying someone will contact me in five business days and instead of cancelling my membership they tried to bill me for another month.hipages is easy to join and hard cancel, they DO NOT offer any valuable support to the trade business. They make no effort in qualifying advertised leads. I do not recommend using this service.

I have never had to advertise for work in all my 41 years in the trade. Ive never had spam callers either. After being talked into the hipages trial, which was useless in a small country town, Now I get constant calls from places asking if I want a website made. Several every day. Day after day and still ongoing. Its obvious its come from hipages. They must sell your info or something. Also the hipages emails which I still get after the trial was over, do not have an unsubscribe link in them which is now illegal in Australia. Never again. Big mistake being talked into their trial.

I have used hipages a number of times and each time i have had a successful outcome the most recent was when i needed a painter for the internals of my home and i listed this job on hipages and within 48hrs i had received three interested parties enquiries these led to quotes and i appointed one of the painters for the job I consider that to be very successful
