I was seen on time, the procedure was swiftly carried out and the audiologist was very helpful answering my queries.

It's always a pleasure to see Matthew Allsopp, the audiologist whom I can rely on to enable me to hear twenty four seven. I usually need a Microsuction procedure twice a year, and because I bought my hearing aids from Harley Street Hearing I don't have to pay for treatments during the years they are in warranty. And that includes their annual hearing test.

She recommended a great pair of hearing aids for me and has ensured that their fitting is suited to my own needs. Moreover, she always schedules my appointments promptly. What I particularly appreciate about her as an audiologist is that she goes all the way to explain the ins and outs of hearing aid technology and features, and answers all questions thoroughly - something I haven't experienced with other audiologists.
