I had been having problems with having wax removed from my ears. I had been 3 times to Specsavers to try to remove the wax by micro suction to no avail. At Harley Street hearing I felt in safe hands. The last of the wax was removed by “irrigation” which was a totally painless experience and did the trick. I shall be returning there for my hearing test.

Very disappointed with DB Universal custom SnorePlug.  Very inadequate instructions in box.   DB don't even have instructions on their website!  I tried to email but address on box bounced back undeliverable.  Zero customer service. The plugs are very difficult to insert as who knows where the removal tail lip is suuposed to sit in the ear?  As they are shells the shape is counterintuitive as when a finger is inserted in the plug on insertion said finger then pulls the plug out.  When finally inserted they are worse than useless at blocking sound let alone snoring.  Hopeless.  Plugs need to be solid.  Very poor design.  Do not recommend as much better sold sleep plugs on the market.

Excellent professional advice

An excellent and knowledgeable service provided by the audiologist, Matthew Allsop. The receptionist was friendly and efficient.

Lovely facilities and I was made very comfortable. The process of getting my ears tested and custom hearing protection made was explained clearing and only took half an hour. Staff were all very friendly; would highly recommend.

Very helpful visit today to excellent member of staff (they all are) to clear my ears of “gunk”. Can recommend everybody I’ve ever met there as excellent !

I am about to return my hearing aid for the third time with the same problem which it would appear that Oticon cannot identify. I have since learned that on the second occasion they failed to replace the battery when the problem was a faulty battery… Other items were replaced. This time, once again, it’s the battery that has failed. As a result I am spending a little too much time taking trips to and from Harley Street Hearing. Whether HSH are failing to communicate with Oticon or Oticon are failing to listen I have no idea, though I have always been clear in my analysis, always polite but this time bordering on icily so.

Just had my annual checkup, as always fantastic experience, so professional and helpful. I have been going there for years and the level of help and politeness never changes but to get better.
