I have received excellent service from Fiona. The most recent set of Phonak hearing aids sold to me have proved to be unreliable and have needed servicing under the warranty more than once. Harley street hearing dealt with this for me, supplied me with loan hearing aids, and set the repaired ones up to suit my hearing. Despite a lot of interaction, Fiona has always treated me with the greatest kindness.

Our consultant, Simone, was excellent at explaining to us the tests that were being done, and what their results implied. The instrumentation at the Clinic is very impressive, and gave very clear graphs showing - as expected! - how high-frequency hearing had deteriorated. We received thorough and comprehensive advice on the options available, and when it came to fitting the chosen aids, Simone was careful and very patient. Hearing is now significantly improved!

I feel very happy with my visit. Nelani is very supportive and was brilliant when we discussed how nervous I was about the test because of bad experiences I’d had in the past (not at Harley Street Hearing). Having hearing aids has transformed my life and I wear them all the time except while sleeping, of course.

The consultant explained everything in simple terms and was very calm and lovely.

Thorough testing with great explanations of the workings of the ear, the testing process and choices of hearing aids, and relevant costs. I really feel that I understand how my heaing works and the full set of options I have. I thoroughly recommend the 90 minute slot at just £100 (September 2024).

The service I received was very good and the audiologist explained each step of the micro suction wax removal process. She also ensured I was not in any discomfort at any point. The treatment was successful and I would certainly be happy to use Harley Street Hearing again should the need arise.
