Brilliant experience. Needed caloric testing to help my consultant diagnose my vertigo. Andreza who did my test was wonderful. She explained everything clearly so I knew how the test worked and what it was for. I also got to see some of the videos afterwards and Andreza explained what they were looking for which was fascinating. She was very nice, answered the zillion questions i had and obviously loves what she does. Receptionists were also very helpful on the phone. The test room was very clean and machines looked new. I would definitely go there again for any relevant tests.

Great audiologist here. Very professional and informative about hearing protection. Took mould of ears to make personalised ear protection. We worked out level of protection needed according to instruments played. Can't stress enough how important it is to get the right ear protection and would definitely recommend coming here. Price is good.

What can I say, it is all about Romy Cohen , my mother would follow her anywhere she went, a master in her trade, she calms my mother with her warm soothing attention, attends to her task with the skill of a magician, an act of utter competence and efficiency, and leaves my mother looking for the next appointment. Harley Street Hearing had been recommended to be by an otologist consultant whose opinions I trust. Although on the day of my appointment the staff member I was due to see was was unwell, as I had travelled from outside London they found a way to ensure that my appointment was kept. Kudos to the people handling calls and emails. Absolutely delighted by the care they took with my hearing assessment. It was thorough, efficient, very clearly explained all the way through and there was no sense of being rushed. The practitioner listened carefully to my 'lived experience' which, as it turned out, tallied with the diagnosis I am likely to get. Kind, highly competent and professional, very happy to recommend.

I went to Harley Street Hearing after being disappointed with a High Street hearing aid retailer. The High Street store was unable to correctly address an issue I had with my existing hearing aids, which led me to purchasing hearing aids that did not work well. Harley Street Hearing succeeded where the retail provider failed first by fixing my existing hearing aids; two by doing comprehensive hearing screenings (including my ability to hear with background noise); and by offering me positive next steps to address my hearing loss. Very professional experience which included thorough assessments. I'm extremely happy with the care I received.

HSH always provides an excellent service and are very welcoming. What really helped this time was being able to make changes to my Phonak HA's remotely by simply making a call on on my mobile then Matthew used the app to connect and make changes to my program! Superb!!

I feel so much better after having my ear wax removed! Nelani Siva-Pieterse was very attentive and has done a very good job of giving me my hearing back. Plus she was very nice!

Explanations of what was going to take place were clear and comprehensive. Service was not rushed at all. Post-testing my options were laid out clearly with lots of attention to my lifestyle and apprehensions.
