I haven’t even received my carpet and I’m being asked for a review. My carpet was backordered from May to August!

That all sounds great but that’s not true reality. As far as you coming to fix it, I paid a professional to fix it. They couldn’t believe the quality of material or installation. It’s sad that on my photo you couldn’t realize that I had enlarged the picture so you could see better details. The tear was only 1/4 in. Maybe you should have confirmed the size.

Carpet arrived within a week after I ordered it. It was very much as described on line. Very satisfied with the purchase. Would have liked an e-mail when the carpet was sent, so I could monitor when the carpet would arrive. I was home when it arrived, so it turned out OK.

After months of searching for the perfect rug for my master bedroom, I fell in love with a rug at a local store but was quickly heartbroken upon viewing its price tag. I did some searching and was ecstatic to find the same rug online at Carpet & Tile Mart for $200 less with free shipping! I ordered the rug on a Thursday and it arrived the following Monday. I was super impressed with the shipping speed. The rug was well packaged and just as beautiful as I’d remembered. My only complaint is that my order status on the website said “processing” for several days. Once I finally received an email saying the rug was shipped, I’d expected it to arrive in the next couple of days. Much to my dismay, my beautiful rug was propped up outside my garage when I arrived home from work on Monday afternoon—in the pouring rain. While I mostly blame FedEx for leaving my brand new $1,000 rug in the rain, I wish my order status had reflected the actual ship date instead of notifying me that it had “shipped” after it had actually been delivered. Despite the quality of the packing job, my rug did get wet and required a day of drying before I could put it in my room. Again, not entirely their fault but an accurate order status would’ve been nice so I could’ve made arrangements to be home the day it was to be delivered. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product, the price, and the speed of delivery and would buy from this company again.

I would not use this company again. I ordered a rug that was shown to be ivory in ALL photos. The rug that showed up was gray, nothing close to how it was pictured. I attempted to return the rug as it didn’t work in my room and the shipping was $68 UPS. I asked for return shipping from Carpet and Tile Mart and was denied, even know the product I received was not satisfactory. Now I am stuck with a rug that doesn’t work in any room because it was not as advertised.

A “new” rug was shipped. It appeared to have a cigarette burn in the middle. Notified Carpet and Tile Mart (whom payment was made to) and they had the manufacturer email me to list retailers that carry this rug. Not in the least bit helpful.

This is my second purchase at C & T Mart and I am more than satisfied with my buying experience. Customer service is responsive and helpful. The rug was cheaper than any other retailer and came with a free rug pad. Shipping was super fast. I ordered on June 19th and FEDEX was knocking on my door on the 22nd. I am already browsing their inventory for another rug purchase.
