Took a long time for them to ship it. When I inquired they said sorry for the delay and that I would get am email by the next day with the tracking number. It took them five more days.

All I can say is it has been an amazing experience with this company. I have been waiting for over 2 months for area rug samples from my local furniture store, but this company got me samples within a week of ordering them. Better yet, when I ordered the area rug, it was really easy to schedule the delivery. My area rug was delivered within 4 days of ordering. Will definitely be using this company in the future. I placed the order with her and received an immediate (and correct) email confirmation. I have not received the rugs but expect to be delighted based on my experience so far.

Our rugs were shipped in a pretty timely manner and came in as expected. They were shipped from different places and came at different times. We used the Chat function to get more detailed status updates between the different rugs. It was accurate and courteous. The only slightly negative thing was the online status lagged the actual shipping status by a few days.

States items are in stock..4 days later only 1 item shipped…very slow service!

We found a 8’x10’ Karastan rug we loved and the best price of all the web sites we visited was Carpet & Tile Mart. The communication with this company is wonderful! There was a question on back orders and the staff immediately emailed me an answered. We decided to make the order and didn’t mind the wait. Luckily for us, 4 days after we placed the order the back order status changed to shipped from the factory. I emailed another question about a shipping number and once again, I received their reply within minutes. Needless to say, the carpet arrived quicker (one week after placing the order) than we expected, in excellent shape and quality! We are thrilled with the carpet and the quality service we received from this company!
