Really terrific service! I placed my order but specified that I was nervous it wouldn't arrive in time (Secret Santa gift for The Office Christmas Dinner) given the postage lead time etc. I needn't have worried! Excellent in a word. Quick delivery, very good quality. Well packaged and wrapped.... you get the idea. I can fully understand why you need to send in the best picture you can, make sure you do as it's worth it in the end. Hopefully the staff had fun printing me out in my err.. 'evening wear'.

Better result than I expected. Provided a less than ideal picture and the returned article was really good. Great gift idea. Packaging a bit big and flimsy but item arrived fine all the same.

I ordered 2 cutouts and uploaded my photos. One was not of sufficient quality so I was contacted by a lovely lady. I ended up not going ahead with the second cutout which was not an issue and easily dealt with. The cutout I received was amazing and I can't wait to see my daughters face when she sees it!
