Ardent illegally spams my email over a debt they claim I owe Admiral auto insurance, when I contacted Admiral and informed them days before my policy was scheduled to renew that I would be changing providers. I contacted the company directly and told them I would no longer be using their services BEFORE MY RENEWAL DATE. Admiral Auto insurance then ILLEGALLY CHARGED ME A CANCELLATION FEE during Christmas holiday while I was visiting family out of the country, and then sent the cancellation fee to the Ardent collection agency that now spams the hell out my phone and email, with no way to reply back or respond other than to pay them money I DON'T OWE. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, CORRUPT, AND DANGEROUS. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BEFORE IT DOES REAL HARM TO HARD WORKING FAMILIES JUST TRYING LIVE AND GET BY. Beware Admiral Auto insurance and Ardent Debt recovery or credit services. They are fraudulent scammish and corrupt.

United Kingdom | 25 February 2025Horrendous experience- completely discriminating against deaf BSL users. Refused to speak with customer via a Sign Language interpreter. Refused to recognise reasonable adjustment with the equalities act. Refused to discuss or even loot at appropriate alternative options. Only leaving BSL user forced to write in English to raise complaint. English is their 2nd language and struggled with this it was upsetting and daunting especially since it it was a fraudulent account set up in their name. Putting it down to data protection even though it was their company that allowed the fraud to take place !!! Do not trust them!!!

Received one call from them and asked them to call back at a specific time later in day as it wasn't convenient when they rang, no return call. Working hours 9-5.30 weekdays only, don't they realise people work during these hours and not always convenient Even the call was shown as 'suspected spam' when they rang, says everything.
