An absolutely disgraceful company. Only interested in harassing people in to paying without listening or investigating the facts. Ardent acting on behalf of Vodafone claimed I had an outstanding balance of £144 from 2016 for my broadband. Ardent would not enter into looking into this and we're threatening legal action if I didn't pay. After hours of phone calls to Vodafone they finally acknowledged they got it wrong. I got no apology or compensation for my time. Just a bad experience that has taken al most two months to realise their mistakes. Disgraceful, horrible people I will never communicate with them ever again.

I am an interpreter. I have phone you with my client and registered my name on file. When we phoned you again with my client to give you some information about case you said to me I couldn’t pass security because I answered your question without asking him. Since he’s my client obviously I have informations writing on my desk. You could have ask me to pass it to my client if you wanted to talk to him. This is so nonsense. You have wasted our time. We have phoned you from phone number that you are using to contact him. If I wanted to do something wrong I could’ve said I am the account holder since I have all the information.

The service agent was patient and kind at explaining everything to me as I was recovering from a stroke and an arrangement was made with no judgement or having to feel pressured as once I explained my financial situation they kept ensuring I understood what he was telling me and this is first time dealing with a company who actually seems to care about their customers thank you to the agent who spoke to me today I felt less stressed and more confident bout managing the balance 10/10

Lady on the ohone was very polite and actually very helpful about a misunderstanding regarding a payment. And even offered some advise. If they ring you about a debt, do t ignore them or fly off the handle they can help if you talk to them

Made it really difficult to process the payment. Unable to do bank transfer because HSBC warned it was scam. No live chat, all numbers had to be done via a phone making it really time consuming

Despite the claim to be contactable the process is cumbersome and does not work. Promised emails never come. Instead they send a text saying the have sent an email. Do you log on, and then they don't send further information to help you access Chasing me re alleged arrears to Admiral which took over More Than. More Than cancelled the policy, at my request some time before the take over. Simply aggressive and impossible to contact. Don't trust. There should be greater regulation of bandits like these by FCA. Should have their practising certificate withdrawn

Very aggresive debit recovery company, continually phoning and sending me requests to settle an alledged outstanding auto-renewal charge from an Insurance Company, which in the end was stated to have been backdated by their client, presumably in order to make the cancellation fee claim appear vallid. I had to provide proof that I had taken out an alternative policy well before the actual renewal date was due in order for this demand to be withdrawn. Their aggresive communication technique comes across as a potential scammer, which initally I though they was. Their phone number would be highlighted as "Suspected Spam" when I received their calls. No apologise when the claim was dropped.

Initially I thought this company was a scam and ignored calls and text. Work needs to be done on the initial approach from this debt-collection company to the person who owes money as it felt quite threatening - like a scam would. Once I established this was not a scam but an oversight of an unexpected missed payment, the lady I dealt with helped me in a very helpful and courteous way. She was very kind and empathetic - trying to resolve the issue without causing me stress. Very competant and professional at what she does. Only too happy to leave review. Company HQ needs to step up now to ensure that initial communication is in correct tone and more specific so people can be reassured.

The gentleman I spoke to was very accommodating and extremely helpful and the matter was solved quickly. My health issues Multiple Sclerosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis were all flared up, bless him he offered to seek places or people who can help me. To think outside the box was amazing, kind and very warming, I can't thank him enough, he deserves a reward 👏
