I spoke with someone from DRS that person was trying to convince me to pay back the amount which I wasn’t reliable to pay. I explained everything after that he took me on different track which was useless and waste of money. I mentioned I can’t talk right now because it’s my working time . Person didn’t respect value of time and working time . So I’m full disappointed

After numerous calls & not getting anywhere i finally got to speak to a lovely lady called Noha. This women listened to my true part of story how Ebay treated my son. I will not go into details however, what a lovely understanding lady. I can see this company have bad reviews i can only say they must have spoken to a rude unskilled women who name is Naomi. This company are not bad as the review state. They have one person working for them who they need to get rid off. I have mentioned the name. I dont want to go on about her so please speak to Noha what an understanding person. I dont write reviews for fun i had to today as after speaking to Noha i now know there are understanding people out there & not like the person i have already mentioned. This message is to this company owner. Please employee staff like Noha if you want to up your reviews on Trustpillot. Noha thank you for your understanding & keep up the good work.

The agent who called was rude, I explained I had a premature baby and I’ve been meaning to call but my baby comes first and her attitude got worse, the way she spoke to me as if she didn’t have a care in the world. I wasn’t looking for sympathy but some compassion doesn’t go a miss.

They don't even deserve a 1 star... Constant harassing calls, texts n emails regarding a £61.20 debt to Admiral .. once explained, after numerous emails, they sent me a "WRITTEN OFF BALANCE " letter, and they still continue to harrass me, they have increased my anxiety levels dramatically... I just want them to leave me alone

I was contacting them about a debt I had, which I had received through being stressed and having a stint of bad mental health. I was incredibly anxious to speak with them and confront this. Morgan, my call operator, was incredibly helpful, insightful, compassionate and kind to my situation and gave me all the tools to begin sorting the situation, as well as my general debt situation on the whole. I have left the call feeling more confident in my ability to sort it and become debt free. Thank you Ardent and Morgan for you amazing help.

The representative i spoke to was really polite very understanding and helpful. My experience was much easier than I expected and I wasn’t made to feel inadequate or frightened because I had a debt to arrange repayment for.

I don’t usually write reviews however I had a pleasant surprise when dealing with ardent! Very helpful and flexible with an old debt I had for insurance. When the balance was overpaid to the insurance company, Ardent offered to assist even though the account was closed/money was no longer owed. (Unlike many debt collection agencies who I assume would probably ignore once the account had no value to them) I called to follow up and Mark in customer service went out his way to resolve the issue promptly and refund. Kudos to mark for simplifying and making an unpleasant situation easier.

Are you ever going to stop your campaign of harassment against me? You ring me constantly and demand I register with you. No! You tell me you won't discuss my account unless I register with you. I'm not registering with you and you can't make me! When pressed what the £28 you think I owe is for, you simply say, to admiral and you'll only discuss further once I register.... Seems like a you issue here! Point is, simply saying "admiral" doesn't detail what the money is for. They, like you came to me and said I owe £28. I asked them what for, they didn't answer and passed it over to you, and you won't tell me either. I'm not being bullied into paying money when you won't give me a proper explanation of what it's for. I've taken your approach, did a while ago and notified you that you owe me 1 million pounds. You haven't engaged with this and due to missed payments the amount you own me now is £1,004,200. When can I expect my money? If you'd like an explanation of what this million is for, "Admiral" Oh and blocking the number you call from now as well

Harrasment and failure to comply with legal obligations I spoke to Erin who could not of been more useless if she tried, advised me of incorrect fees and processes, advised they would not complete data erasure would not assist with providing details from the call or the call recording hmmm I wonder why. Very dodgy company. She then ended the call on me and I had to phone back to speak to Liam who actually gave me what I asked of him.

I am being harassed for an ebay 'debt I don't owe in a name that is not even me. I keep blocking them but they use a different number. Reported to the organisations that regulate them. Read the reviews of DRS too. It's the same company run by American Directors which is very odd. Checked on Companies House.

First thing, I paid my balance on ebay. Secondly. The buyer got the item yet ebay sided with them in their false dispute. How dare you give me these threatening messages. Find God. How would you like it if your old mother was receiving these threats? Also Don’t think i paid my due balance which arrived because i was scammed because I was scared of you. I know my rights and understand you have no grounds for legal action. Debt collectors aren’t legal in my country. Text me again And you’ll be getting blocked. Text again I’ll be reporting you for harassment 🖕 vile sub humans 🖕
