Very professional and talked me through the packing as it was done. Would defo recommend.

Great customer service, prompt and effective communication. The packers were friendly, efficient and very hardworking. Their experience and good humour made what could have been a very stressful experience more tolerable.

PSS REMOVALS have been amazing since I first contacted them for assistance. Andy did a video call to give me a few options on what would suit my situation best. He was super helpful, friendly and really positive. James, Milica and Lauren have all been fantastic with any queries I've had. But the best part was the packing crew who showed up, on time, upbeat and super efficient! Aaron, Tom and Mark definitely played Tetris as kids!! 1h17 to fill our 20ft container! They were so good and it made my day (almost) stress free :) 100% I have not felt any regret using PSS REMOVALS... they are professional, dedicated and were much better priced than others I tried. Hopefully when it arrives in NZ, it will all be just as good 🤞

The crew were brilliant. Obviously experienced and never stopped working. Gave good advice about importing restrictions. The quality of their workmanship and the materials used were 1st class. The digital system of logging crates etc is excellent and provided an inventory both for me and customs. I really couldn't fault them. Nice guys too.

From the first phone call, to the first meeting with Peter, to the first telephone call to Malica... It was all amazing. Then Liam & Craig turned up in their van. Again an amazing experience. Everyone was so helpful, professional & friendly. You couldn't wish for your breakable, sentimental & cherished items to be in safer hands. Liam & Craig worked tirelessly for 2 hours, packing, wrapping, taping & labelling with politeness & good humour. PSS - Positive Sensational Service... Thank you!!

Lovely efficient couple of guys arrived and set to with energy! We’ll need to see how things arrive in Australia before a final judgment! My only negative comment was that PSS in Croydon said all our own packing would be opened and re-packed. On the day that didn’t happen in reality. Just a cursory check.had we known, we would have been more careful ourselves about labelling.

Unfortunately I am unable to give a minus. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. If you use this company, take out your own insurance policy. They will ask you to take out their insurance, but it's not actually an insurance policy as such. It's added onto their insurance. Which means if there are any issues, like we had. They can simply refuse to payout. As it's not an actual insurance policy, their claims advisers can simply throw it out and then you have no way of escalating it as it is out of the ombudsman's remit. To clarify the comment, below is a statement from their claims advisors. "You have been charged a price for the remover to extend their liability under contract. Therefore, as per the above, as you have not purchased an Insurance Policy, The Financial Ombudsman hold no jurisdiction in this matter. " We had many of the same issues outlined on Trustpilot......... In response to the below, the damage is clearly avoidable and also in my opinion due to exposure to direct sunlight as the box arrived open.

Our whole experience with PSS from the support team in Croydon through to the home delivery of our cargo from the UAE was first class. The removals team of Paul, Trevor and George were very attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them - great teamwork!

Despite the delays getting out of the UAE, me not having a full container being the issue and then routed around Africa by the ship, I was kept updated all along. Thank you for making this easy. I knew what was happening. Great service.

PSS provided good customer care to begin with and throughout the process of moving; however their primary role was to deliver my belongings undamaged. In large this was very much the case but equally I had several items stolen from my shipment and they failed to acknowledge or recompense this issue. Alongside this, a mattress that was in perfect condition arrived in New Zealand internally torn and damaged to the point where it needs replacing. The insurance company that were suggested by PSS were near useless and have only refunded a fraction of my mattress cost after several months of emails explaining and justifying my case. DO NOT pay for the insurance and be sure to take out proper cover with a reputable company. Despite paying for the service where I was NOT allowed to pack my boxes and therefore couldn't explain the contents of each box I have been unable to be compensated for my losses. PSS have refused to accept any liability for this issue and therefore I have to conclude with the fact that despite my very good first impressions and overall impression of the staff working for them, they currently have a weak link in their chain to NZ and that until this is acknowledged by the company and addressed, it is difficult for me to recommend that anybody use this company.
