Couldn’t have been more comfortable with them managing our shipment. Helen was a brilliant support and could troubleshoot with ease every single query or quandary I presented her with and was lovely and just genuinely helpful and fun to deal with. Charlotte was very organised and helpful and incredibly responsive and organised. While our goods only departed yesterday, assuming it arrives ok, we are extremely happy with the PSS service and fantastic team members who we have dealt with. Thank you! Claire and Jason

United Kingdom | 21 August 2024Initially everything in the beginning seemed to be fine communication wise and on the day of packing/removal. The only thing that went wrong was they accidently broke our marble parasol base. I appreciated the honesty so said I would not put in a claim for this as it seemed fixable with some gorilla glue. They had to pack my belongings onto 2 vans as the container was delayed. I put all this down to minor things that went wrong. However when my belongings arrived, there were a number of damages. This includes my PC, TV, garden sofa, garden table, sonos speaker, 3x clear plastic boxes, miele hoover, and 2 office desks heavily and deeply scratched and chipped. On the evening of our belongings being delivered we realised 1 glass side table was missing and my sons collectible toys. We had taken out insurance at their advice. We contacted PSS and their insurance and its been a battle. Over one month of sending evidence in pictures/videos and they want to offer us less than the insurance sum we paid. They are trying to get out of paying us and refuse to accept any responsibility for the missing/stolen items. The insurance refuses to offer anything towards the LG TV and sonos speaker as they claim these are internal electrical faults. Eventhough these worked perfectly fine prior to moving. The way our belongings were packed when they arrived was shocking. No wonder our much loved items had been damaged. No respect or regard for our belongings.

Called several times requesting call back from the person managing my move, did not get a call back. Eventually got hold of the person who offered an insulting £15 discount for an entire day of my time that was wasted by them, when I am organizing a move to Australia. Very poor communication, organisation and customer care.

Moving from one country to another is a scary process but this company have made this move so easy. From the initial contact with John (who has been fantastic at keeping us informed, answering our questions and concerns and giving fantastic advice) the process has been very smooth and he and his team have made what we thought would be a very stressful experience a very simple one. We were allocated Helen Griffin as our personal move manager who has been brilliant! She is always just a phone call away and has been by our side every step of the way and will be until our belongings are in our new home in South Africa. The packers (Sean, Billy and Trevor) were absolutely brilliant as well. A very experienced, respectful and professional team. Would absolutely recommend this company and wouldn’t use anyone else - would give 10 stars if that was an option!

Their UK storage options are very pricey, check first regarding your insurance for your contents, we were caught out due to the lack of information from our Australian partners.

Increased price 20 percent told items would be sent in a 7-12 day timeline , two weeks late they haven't even left England No communication at all after payment. Other than to ask for more money. Use Seven Seas instead, much better , honest and communicative service.
