Great packing service, all quick and easy.

Full support from the company all the way through. Very helpful member of staff in the office who gave advice on all the form filling, what to sort and any restrictions on items to export to USA. This was a part shipment and they kept in touch throughout the weeks. Packaging men who arrived were excellent and very efficient. I would recommend them as they were very professional and reasonably priced.

An absolute disgraceful service once you paid your money, packaging of items just thrown in the box, ornaments not wrapped up just think of the worst experience and you will get it with this company, unable to upload photos to show you all but trust me use someone else

Moving house and relocating continents is never easy but PSS were very clear all the way through the process. From the initial survey to the time for packing, communication was good. Robert and the packing team were great over the 5 days: efficient, careful, hard working and easy to get along with, they made a difficult task seem easy. In short I would definitely recommend.

People on the ground were great. The movers were friendly, brisk and efficient. They made life very easy. The people measuring my stuff were good as well. Partners at NZ end likewise. They even pointed out a crack in my table so I could claim. However, in between the communication was woeful. There were delays, but at no point were these communicated. I received only one email that wasn't prompted by me, despite multiple delays. When I raised this the line I got back was always that they can't control delays. My issue was never delays, rather the lack of communication. If you use these, be aware you will have to push for any replies from them. They simply do not communicate, nor respond to requests to improve this.

From Rob, Hayley and Helen at the office to the 2 collection guys, everything has been seamless so far. Really happy and just hope it continues to be smooth and right until our shipment meets us in our new destination :)

This is a huge shout out to both the PSS team in the UK that packed our goods in March so professionally and the team in Brisbane that came and unpacked everything today. The packing list gave us all the information we needed to know what was packed in each box and we had great communication through the import and customs process. Couldn't ask for more really. Nearly 2 months after my belongings arriving in the uk they are yet to be despatched to me with NO communication from PSS regarding any delay without my emailing then. Utterly useless company. There are others out there - use the others.

Team was on time, worked very efficiently, and were extremely nice. They finished a couple hours ahead of schedule.
