Great communication all the way through the process. Price seemed fair, although I don't have any experience in this type of shipping. The guys that came to pick up the goods did a great job repackaging stuff and making sure everything was done right. They were also very friendly. They did more than I was expecting.

I was acting for an 82 year old lady moving to South Africa to be with her family. She was very unsure what she should be doing, and indeed I was not much clearer! However PSS staff were friendly and patient with us and made it clear what was required and when. Her 5 boxes are now with you and we are confident that the next time she sees her possessions will be in South Africa towards the end of September. Thanks for your help.

We are still in the middle of the process as our container is on its way. But at the beginning of the process, it was the cheapest quote that we received after someone coming to our place (not a video call) to do an accurate inventory. And we had the pleasant surprise that the boat would arrive at destination a lot earlier than expected.

I have had my belongings for about a month now and it has taken me all this time to be able to write some words. I was traumatised by all the damages my possessions have suffered. I filled in a Damage form and not one person has contacted me! A 45 year glass serving plate was broken in front of me in my new apartment and I haven't been recompensed for it. The round TV stand is broken in two places. The team delivering the goods to me said the TV had no packing around it - yes, it was in a TV box but no protective material. Alot of my crockery is broken, and I am not being dramatic, I mean alot. So, two full sets of fine bone china are no longer full sets! Some every-day-use Denby pottery is broken. The only way I can describe this is that most of the boxes have gone through trauma - so much damage. My cream coloured sofa has blue dye on it - this is definitely from the journey because much of the brown-paper wrapping had the same blue dye, and it is damaged at the side. I purchased a large mattress protector and when the container was sealed it was laid flat. When it arrived it was folded in half and I believe is damaged inside because it is a weird shape now. Some things have been stolen which I reported on the day. No one has attempted to contact me about this - even the person in the final country whose job title is Customer Service! My CD rack was broken so was a chest of drawers which cannot be salvaged - so all the things broken/damaged/stolen it would have been better to not have anything shipped and new items bought. I took photos of most of the damage, but as I said I reported the damage (trauma) and not one word from PSS. Be ashamed. I am still so very upset about my experience. From the minute the doors closed on the container I heard nothing. Be ready for heavy Customs charges.......and I can only think that it is this area where my things were stolen - the alternative would be PSS team which I can't even think that they would. Needless to say, the agents here had ZERO interest in listening to how badly things had gone.
