Every single one of my boxes which only contained extremely sentimental items came in damaged, crushed and split open. A couple of beautiful Waterford Crystal Glasses which were a wedding present from my Husband's deal Grandmother were broken and chipped because of this. These were irreplaceable. Apparently I picked the wrong insurance which negates PSS's responsibility to pay for these, Go Figure! and all I got was a very lame, I'm sorry your boxes were damaged but we are not responsible for the damages. I would never recommend this company again, their fake customer service ends as soon as they let go of your items to their carrier. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Do not use.

very helpful and fast

Absolutely awful. They gave me a quote which I was happy with and picked up my items in October. My container was still in London in February. 3 months after I arrived in Australia and they have continually sent me more and more invoices for charges that they have incurred along the way. Never again

The staff where always helpful and responsive to queries. The furniture removalists were wonderful. Very careful with the furniture and friendly people.

Packing team turned up on time. Worked quickly and efficiently. Clarified a few things with me to ensure they weren't taking the wrong item. Packaged everything well.

Well oiled machine. Knowledgeable with exceptional service. Have had a dedicated move team of Helen and Charlotte who have dealt with my many questions and simplified the paperwork for me (made it super easy!). Then the team who came to remove my furniture were amazing, genuinely interested in our move and efficient. Very positive experience and would recommend to all.

I can’t fault the service I got, they were fast, very responsive and kept me informed throughout the process, which they made very easy for getting my household contents from the UK to the United States, excellent service and price.

Fantastic service but the quality of the international packaging materials were not of the quality supplied by other competitors.

Our boxes took significant damage enroute (I did have slight worries when the door collection guy immediately overloaded his trolly and spilled 5 within 5m of our house). So much so DHL had to re-build and deliver separately the final box (see attached images). Poor customer service to follow when dealing with the issue - which still remains unsolved - would absolutely not recommend

Excellent team of packers who were very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure everything was how it needed to be for Australian customs.

We had a straight forward delivery date booking by email & confirmed. The deliery guys are very nice & patience. We have an overall of 60+boxes with dinning table, chairs, disassembled queen size bed, a wooden chest of drawers which is heavy because it is made of whole wood. The 3 guys took very good care not to make scratches on them & on the wall while there was very tight space for them to turn. It took 3hrs for them & they were short of breath as they need to lift up all these to second floor with no lift. My husband & I very much appreciated their hard work & they are really kind to make sure & let us know everything on the list were delivered. BTW, when they came into the apartment, they make sure by asking you where to put it, so you don’t need to move the heavy boxes around. BIG thank you to the delivery guys, they are amazing!

Easy process, active comms from the team and quick !

The company is well organized and has good management, they followed up on the documents before the shipment arrived at the destination. The company informed us of the proposed arrival date and also booked us of the proposed delivery date. The company contacted us immediately once our box was delivered to their warehouse and they confirmed the delivery date and time. They delivered our things on time and we are happy with their service. They are well-managed, efficient, and good service.

The team in the office were great - responsiveness to my queries was quick, communication was clear and timely, I was kept very up to date with the progress of my collection, shipping and delivery. It was quick! Everything arrived safe and sound. I would use PSS again.
