Very efficient packing and unpacking 100% recommended for overseas relocation

We are very impressed with the way PSS International handled our move. Our Move Manager, Helen, is very professional, friendly and made complex issues simple. The packing crew were very professional, very respectful of our items, communicated well with us, and worked very fast. Highly recommended.

The response to my request was fast, and all the relevant information was provided to me with clear instructions.

After our initial inquiry, PSS had there representatives over in two hours who completed the survey and gave sound advice regarding our move. The staff in the office were extremely helpful and supportive, with us along way. The packing team were very polite and helpful as well being professionals, they packed our 3 bed house in a day and was loaded into the container the next morning. Excellent service from start to finish.

Everything is on time and smooth flowing transaction. Agents over the phone diligently and patiently assisted me with the removal process. I highly recommend their service.

PSS have been great to deal with, from the initial enquiry about sending my belongings to Australia, through to collection of my air freight and shipping boxes. Communication has been friendly, professional and timely, and I have felt in very good hands. Collection experience was very smooth - Steve kept me up to date with his ETA, and was efficient and friendly when picking up the boxes. Thanks PSS, it's been a 5 star service so far!

At every step of the way PSS has been helpful and accommodating in the removals process. Awaiting delivery but Natasha, Peter, Lauren, Charlotte and Helen have all been excellent. Any changes to plans and costs when going over an agreed upon item limit, have been communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Changes on my end have been handled well. Tom and his colleague arrived to collect my items yesterday, and clearly communicated when they were delayed by traffic. They were friendly, and before I hit my capacity limit I was informed and given the choice between continuing and not. They packed everything well, and incredibly quickly.

5 months and we still don't have our belongings. Terrible communication means we are unsure where they even are and why it's taking so long. All we know is our 5 bags have been split into 2 shipments and from the first shipment something is missing so they are holding the delivery.... We just need some communication and our stuff please!!!!

Seems great so far, when I had an issue they dealt with it 'was a third party problem' and the walked me through the paperwork.

So far my experience with PSS have been great, someone has been there to help every step of the way and my boxes have been collected just as they said. Great service.

Very good service and great value for money. My third time relocating internationally and PSS are really good and even cheaper than other companies I have used. Steve Charlie and Rachel have really helped to make the process easy and smooth.

PSS has been a nightmare to deal with. My wife agreed not to post her experiences with this company to get a small amount of compensation, which they forced her to negotiate for several weeks. PSS doesn’t seem to know how to communicate. They are unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. The fine print and the formulas they espouse make it easier to deny their mistakes. Several employees went as far as to blame us, for something we had nothing to do with. They said we were delinquent in paying a charge we had never been sent. This charge came after we paid the " Final Invoice". After 8 months of exchanging emails, PSS claimed the computer made a billing error, which caused the delay, this delay was made worse because they seemed to have forgotten that our shipment was in the warehouse. Instead of 10 weeks, it took nearly 6 months to get our things. They only shipped them when we questioned why they had not arrived. My biggest concern is that I found their billing practices to be suspect. The final invoice was not the final invoice. I have reported this company to Trading Standards. Depending on your location Door to Door Service doesn’t cover Door to Door Service (according to the explanation we eventually got, also suspect). They insist you buy insurance from their partner, then when your things are broken under their watch, next they charge you £100 to process the claim, (note they did nothing). Their insurance company stated the antiques were worth less due to age and wear and tear. If I were you, I would avoid PSS at all costs.
