Sadly we looked at the reviews and thought PSS was the company to use, goods were collected end of January and fully paid for on the day to be sent to Perth, Western Australia, we were told 8-10 weeks to arrive then a week or two to clear customs but sadly today goods are still sat in a London warehouse waiting to be shipped, we were then told our goods will be shipped on 28th March and the vessel it will be on, but this vessel is still in Tanger Med, we are now having to buy new goods as our things will probably not arrive until June, not one call from PSS to keep me updated just me chasing them constantly, VERY POOR service PSS. Well the 28th came and went and the container ship is not due in Rotterdam until the 31st March, no correspondence at all to say the ship is not arriving on the date they said in an email, just delay after delay and the consignment is still sat in a London warehouse, why can PSS just be honest and keep us informed, Once they have your money and your goods you are at their mercy.

Firstly the PSS agents are awful at replying. I had to chase them over and over to get my stuff picked up which I'd already paid for. Then when they picked it up, they kept sending me emails saying my shipment was on hold because I hadn't paid. I had, and told them this multiple times before they finally said sorry our mistake, and sent my goods. Then while all my goods were being shipped, they emailed me and said their shipping costs had gone up and I need to cover this - which isn't true. Their invoice info said all shipping costs are covered and final. I pointed this out, and they never replied to me. Now that my goods have arrived, they're refusing to release them and have never replied to my multiple emails about this. Basically holding it hostage unless I pay their costs.

I recently had the opportunity to engage with the team at PSS, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Smooth packing and loading process. The team that arrived were helpful and polite and worked hard to get everything done. No complaint's! Can’t say much more as our container has just left but hopefully the rest of the process will be just as easy.

The service from the 1st contact has been excellent. Fast and helpful response at every stage. Good staff to deal with and obviously work well as a team happily covering if any individual is unavailable. Will recommend to anybody who has friends or family abroad.

Athough it took longer than anticipated, our goods arrived still well packaged and safe, considering they have traveled halfway around the world and in unstable political time. Very please with the service provided.

We went with PSS because of a the brilliant reviews. So sorry we did!!! Firstly they were very helpful and gave us an up front price per square cubic meter, which was average to all the other quotes we obtained. However once we had committed and paid the upfront amount. We just could not get a straight answer from them regards a fixed price. This obviously worried us with the result we decided to leave quite a few things behind as we did not want to get hit with a larger bill. We packed our stuff into boxes and we packed the boxes to the brim making sure we used all the space in the boxes. Once we had paid the deposit, we struggled to contact PPS they never returned calls or answered questions we had. Finally when they arrived to pack the packers were friendly however they take your boxes and put them inside their boxes which we had no problem, however we did have a problem when we discovered they were putting a small box into their large box but not filling the large box up. So we ended up with loads of large boxes quarter full. We could of taken so much more stuff with us and it would not of hurt PSS in anyway but we could of brought more stuff out. There estimated date of arrival to South Africa was about 3 months over due. Totally NOT satisfied with PSS service. If you decide to use them monitor the packing very closely so that you get full usage of your space allocated to you for the large cost involved. Expect further costs when your goods arrive on the other side which PSS conveniently does not advice you about. They never asked for our permanent residence papers until they had received the FULL payment. So if we did not have these papers or aware that we needed them to export our belongings we would of lost the money paid out and only then been advised we cannot ship out our goods.

Very informative and supportive staff. Kept us in the loop when pick up had occurred, and to let us know that all ws going as planned.

PSS have been great. The packers were amazing, they know their stuff. Very efficient and straightforward with what we could and couldn’t pack. Would definitely recommend them.

Great service

I was helping someone move back to SA, part of which had to be sorted whilst he was still in a different country. Steve could not have been more helpful. Once we were booked in, he communicated super quickly and was so flexible to make the process as easy as possible. He dropped boxes off for us to pack, and helped to get the more awkward items packed up on the day of collection. I wouldn’t hesitate to use PSS again, especially if we had Steve helping through the whole process again.

Andy and Liam were absolutely amazing when collecting and packing our belongings. Very professional and helped sort out a few queries regarding wooden casing for our items very quickly. The whole team have been amazing so far - couldn’t recommend them anymore!
