After initial problems with my order and missing emails I was refunded, which was a satisfactory end to the matter.

I recently bought a ping G25 driver shaft and was here within days all well and good with delivery, unfortunately when it can you could see that the grip was trusted and not truly aligned. The symbols on the adaptor didn’t quite match to the arrow on the head, also there is a bigger connection gap from adaptor to head compared to the original, as if it isn’t connected properly but seem sturdy enough.

Mis-selling - does not state outside UK The website is .co.uk, prices in sterling , vat registered.....but items shipped from Sweden, therefore incur Import VAT , customs charges and other charges. It does not state this anywhere on the site, and Customers Services just stated this is because of BREXIT and they cannot list all rules and regs to the different countries they ship to..... So really they should not be sell from .co.uk site, I would suggest buying from a site shipping from the UK. It also states ships in 24 hours and 3-5 day delivery after 15 days I had not received any information until a Parcel force letter on day 20 stating I had to pay these charges. Do not buy from this site But if you do beware as there are extra charges

Ordered a full set of Wilson junior clubs, high discount and great quality. Delivery took around 9 days but expected this as coming from Sweden. Would deff recommend as a massive saving from local golf store prices!

I've placed 3 orders with NordicaGolf and I've not had a single problem, would definitely recommend, Have seen a few negative reviews, but from my experience its been 5 star. To all the people moaning about shaft flex "PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING WHEN IT COMES TO SHAFTS. False advertising. Bought a replacement stiff shaft for a taylormade rbz and the amount of flex in the received item is crazy (more flex than a regular). Emailed them as the number provided takes you to a solar panel company🤨 only to be told by "David" that there is no standard to regular or stiff Shafts and one companies stiff could be another Companies regular!!!! Yes I get that Robot but you've clearly advertised this as a Taylormade Rbz replacement stiff shaft. Anywho robot keep directing me to the terms and Conditions (that don't refer to this type of instance) and advised I'd need to pay the return postage as is not their mistake!!!! This company won't last, stay well clear.

NordicaGolf refused to replace the broken product. I don't recommend you to buy stuff here.

Ordered some new grips for my wedges. Website demonstrated they were in stock and arrived in the UK from Sweden within the week. I was a bit concerned after ordering and then seeing the reviews but everything was fine with my order. Very happy.

Ordered a driver shaft that arrived 25 days later, 0.75 inches too short, the adaptor misaligned and a grip fitted dry without tape……………retailer offered me a 20% refund!! If you want exactly what you ordered delivered in the time promised do not use Nordica………worst purchase I have ever made.

Please refrain from ordering with Nordica Golf. Ordered a full golf set 26th June 2021 for my sons birthday. It is now the 16th of July 2021. I haven’t received any communication from this retailer nor a tracking number re delivery details. Cannot speak to anybody as there is no one answering the telephones. Really truly disappointed. Taken the case up with PayPal. Please take my advice and order from a UK based seller. This Company is based in Sweden, came to my attention when I tried telephoning them.

The UST Mamiya shafts for seniors were exactly what I expected and I was pleased with them. The fitting was straightforward. The delivery from Sweden was very quick and l could track the delivery the whole way. I would order from Nordic Golf again.

Effective service and very prompt

I ordered a replacement Ping shaft for my 5 wood. It arrived as promised and DHL kept me informed about delivery all the way. Played with it today just as good as before. Good service.

Shocking . Got a refund straight away. No commitment on the order so I would swerve and just use a regular golf pro. Asked for assurances that my order would be here within 7 days. No answer.

Was a great buying experience. New shaft was delivered within a few days. I will certainly be using again soon. I wish my golf was as good as this service.

The trolley is perfect. It's not the colour I wanted and on speaking to customer service, it was take a different colour or get your money back. I think options could have been discussed. They weren't. I love my trolley although I've not used it yet, but please make the customer service experience much better

Purchased a replacement stiff shaft for my Taylormade Original One Mini Driver. Shaft arrived and not the correct length to match the mini driver specs. Pictures and measurements sent as requested. Was then asked to get it shortened myself and I'd be sent a new grip. I refused and have asked for my money back via refund. No response to emails following. Cowboy outfit

Service very good product unsure bought ping replacement shaft reg very wippy not stable to send back on there returns would cost 25% cost of product so again by cheap get cheap and if not to your liking to return not worth it. So will shop uk with better returns policy But service on buying quick
