ordered confirmed arrived ,fast and efficient

The shaft was as specified and fitted my club perfectly. Delivery was not the 1 to 2 days as advised, but nearer the week although this included 3 days in transit. Happy with the shaft.

FAULTY GOOD ARRIVED. 2 WEEKS ON AND NO RESOLUTION OFFERED. NEVER AGAIN !

Ordered Item on 3-4 day delivery never arrived...order confirmed on the 6th April still no sign of it! Emailed these jokers 5 times tried to phone them but the number is dead. Avoid like the plague!!!

Item not received. Notrdica did not respond tomy email enquiring about despatch of item and when I could expect to receive it. Very poor customer service. Will now have to phone to try and obtain refund..

I am a customer who has been impacted by the challenges that the business has had around the new year and unfortunately the product didn't arrive. This. was a shame however I must stress that the teams communication were excellent throughout this process and when I requested refund it was back in my account within 48 hours. I will use NordicaGolf again based on this experience as I can only see the problem was the courier used in this instance.

ordered in Nov 2020 Pinhawk clubs.Told there would be delay and since i'd broken my leg and golf impossible anyhow due to covid , i accepted this . However at this point 22/032021 i still have no clubs .Nordica promised them 15/03/21, and their telephones are unrecognized. Nordica's website offers the same clubs as deliverable in days!! THEY ARRIVED!!!!! SO UPPED STARS TO 3. Seem to be good.

I have bought a number of custom clubs from Nordica (everything apart from driver and putter) and everything was custom built to my specifications (grips, length, shafts etc) and everything about the clubs is perfect. The customer service has been second to none and any question I’ve had has been answered quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using nordica to anyone.

Ordered new customised driver shaft but I noticed I had put wrong specs in order. Emailed them with correct info. They replied straight away. Received correctly built shaft within 4 days. Great service.

Order placed 3 Jan 21, I'm still awaiting my parcel (new cobra driver shaft - it is not coming). There has been no contact from Nordica Golf to me, I have had to chase them at every step. Any responses to my emails have been completely fictional; my parcel is not in a system awaiting delivery according to Parcel Force, UK, whom Nordica advised have my parcel. I've requested a refund but have heard nothing since. I would not recommend anyone use this company, my experience suggests it is a scam.

Disappointing delivery time is nowhere near what is declared also the taxes and postage costs are high. Not really clear that this is not a UK based company
