I ordered an item from this company with VAT paid and this is shown on the invoice. DHL refuses to deliver until I pay VAT as the company does not seem to have done so. Both I and DHL have contacted this company via email but they refuse to answer apart from the first time when they said they would sort it out. I have tried calling the UK number but that turns out to be some solar power funding company and nobody answers the Swedish phone number. I posted a message on their facebook page to try and contact them, only for them to remove it within a minute.

Don't use. Their website doesn't overtly tell you they are based in Sweden (even when ordering on a .co.uk website). This isn't a problem unless you need to send something back, which we did, because we ordered a "right-handed" set of clubs and a "left-handed" set were sent. When placing an order, the order confirmation email doesn't confirm what you have bought, which wouldn't be a problem if we didn't need to challenge what they sent versus what we received. When the wrong clubs arrived, the personal details of the last customer who had received the same clubs in error, were written on the box - their name, address and phone number, along with a note explaining that they too had ordered "right-handed" clubs and "left-handed" clubs arrived. When we wrote to Nordica Golf (in English), an email came back to us written in Swedish, which we then had to translate, telling us we were wrong and we had ordered "left-handed" clubs...but we couldn't dispute this as we have no evidence of the order as the email we received confirming the order, only confirms an order was placed, and not what the order is. Sending the golf clubs back has cost me £31 shipping fees. The final cheek, was them asking us to lie on the customs form and say the goods were worth 100SEK (about £8) as they didn't want to get charged import duty. I'm not sure where this will end, but I suspect I won't be seeing the full £167 (and additional £31 shipping costs) I spent with them.

Ordered a custom shaft and price in UK was significantly more so decided to give these guys a go even after reading negative reviews, as well as positive ones. Item came as described, fits perfectly with the club head and quality workmanship as an adapter needed to be fitted to the shaft. Delivery was fast and as described in the order. Very happy customer

I recently bought my second replacement shaft for my G25 driver. The first time I used Nordica I received the shaft perfectly fitted. The problem this time is that the adapter fitted did not fit my club head, despite being advertised on line as fitting the drivers in the G series, it actually was only compatible with the newer G series club heads. Instead of returning the shaft to them for a re-fit I offered to try to solve the problem myself in the UK by asking for the correct adapter to be sent by Nordica in the post. As I felt the advert was unintentionally misleading I asked for the new adapter to be sent to me without further payment. Nordica said that they would only send on new adapter if I paid for one, despite the fact that I was offering to save them time and money by not returning the club for a re-fit. It seems that Nordica are a good bet for a new shaft as long as nothing goes wrong. Buyer beware!

This company is a simple and utter disgrace, right from its first impression - that it is UK-based - onwards. An order placed on a Friday was not parcelled up until the following Tuesday. I was told it would arrive with me on the Saturday at the latest. It arrived the following Tuesday. BEWARE - THEY SIMPLY DO NOT RESPOND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILS. BEWARE: UPS - THEIR COURIER - ARE ALSO A SHAMBLES.

This company is based out of Sweden but tries to give the impression that it is a UK based company through its website address. I recently had a horrendous experience trying to return an item that I had purchased. Not only did it cost me £15 to return the item but when their local Postal Service tried to deliver it to them, there was no one at their office so they left a card telling them it was awaiting collection at their depot. They didn’t bother to collect it and so after a number of weeks, the item was sent back to me from Sweden seven weeks after I had originally sent it. I have tried to resolve the issue with their customer service department but they have absolutely no interest whatsoever. I think they would prefer to continue receiving negative reviews rather than trying to provide decent customer service. Please do take the time to read the other negative reviews of this company and I think you will find there is a similar theme here. I would never use this company again.

Unfortunately, I purchased the incorrect shaft which i can accept. Upon attempting an exchange or return I discovered the cost to be almost the price of the shaft itself. Not sure how i only paid £7 for delivery. When trying to get assistance none was forthcoming. They hide the fact they aren't a UK company extremely well and had that been clear i'd never ordered from them.

《Ill get the bad bit out the way first》this company is not based in the uk like you would think with it being a .co.uk website and being in pounds so if you need to return anythimg it will be rather costly. Now the positive I read the reveiews after placing my order and instantly regretted my purchess buying on monday and needing the clubs by friday for my sons birthday i was rather sceptical about recieving them in time but lone behold before 12pm on friday my order was delivered to my amazement. Overall a happy customer but probably wouldnt use again

I have a Callaway Epic driver and wanted a new shaft and grip. I searched Google for suggestions where to buy new shafts. Unluckily Nordicagolf came to light and I decided to have a look. As Nordicagolf do shafts and grips along with the driver fitting it seemed a no brainer to purchase a new shaft all ready to swap over without buying everything separately. I wanted a new senior shaft and a mid size grip as I have a Lamkin on my driver and having a thicker grip gives me more support than the usual regular ones. The total cost was around £80. Initially with the web page being co.uk I presumed the goods would come from a UK stockist, I was wrong in this assumption as they come from Sweden I believe, if I had known this and done some research on review sites I would have gone to my local stockist and had the job done locally. I had no issues with delivery, the shaft came with UPS and was well packaged. On opening I wasn't convinced the shaft was a senior flex and the grip certainly wasn't a mid size. I did contact customer service with my concerns and I was offered 80% of the total cost and i would have to pay shipping costs to return my item. As I had spent enough on this task already I thought sod it and keep the shaft but buy another grip myself. I bought another Lamkin. I had never fitted a grip myself so explored YouTube and found it was a simple enough job with the only bit of difficulty was getting the grip off the shaft as it would be stuck to the sticky tape. Once I cut the top of the grip it came off very easily. The reason was the grip had been put on the shaft without any tape or glue. The only funny side would have been me driving off and the whole club coming away from the grip, I'm sure that would have got a few of my mates laughing!! I'm very disappointed but hayhoe you live and learn. Looking through reviews would have paid me dividends as I would have gone elsewhere but I'm only stung once. I took a photo of the inside of the grip to insert here but it doesn't seemed possible to put up photos. Imo, just be careful what you order and where you think it's coming from

Purchased two items and they were both in stock. When I enquired about the delivery date I was told one item needed a part and they did not have a firm date for it. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. Cannot get an answer to my emails and I refuse to call a premium telephone number and give them even more money. Sales are easy, repeat sales are only accomplished by good service. Needless to say I would never use this company again. After writing the above I finally did get a reply and everything has been sorted.

Never buy anything here. They are LIARS. I made an order 6 weeks ago and the order said 3-4 days. So I went for it. After a week I contacted customer service and they told me that it would take 2 weeks. I replied that I was leaving France and that I wanted to cancel it. They said NO. Real manipulators

I needed new grips, the cheapest place I found them was NordicaGolf. Seeing the reviews on here I was a bit worried but went ahead with good faith. Thank goodness I did, they were much cheaper, sent with free postage and arrived from Sweden to UK 3 working days later. Absolutely no fuss and brilliant service.

Like other reviewers, wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a shaft in stock with promise of 2 days delivery. Received weeks later after numerous UPS emails with promised delivery dates then missed, new dates, moved dates. Sent Nordica a message saying made other arrangements to get a shaft elsewhere and to cancel the order. Next day the shaft then arrived and they won't refund and when I keep asking all they say is, oh well, glad it finally arrived.

Like another dissatisfied reviewer has said on here, if I could give zero stars I would. Dreadful company. I ordered and paid for a Garmin Approach G30 GPS last week at the advertised price of £169.99 and then today (13/04/2022) I received an email from them to say there had been a "technical" issue and that the real cost should have been £269.99 so did I want them to issue an invoice for the £100 balance and the order/delivery continue or have a full refund. I pointed out that a contract had been entered into and that they should honour it, but that I haven't got the time or energy to persue this, so instead asked for the full refund, immediately, today. They came back to say that the refund would take 5 - 7 bank days, which with Easter approaching means I could have to wait until 26th April and in the meantime I have had to fork out the cost of another G30 from a reputable online company, Halpennygolf.com at £189.99. NordicaGolf should have just put their hand up and admitted the mistake and taken the hit; that way this review would have been a five-star glowing recommendation to others instead of a warning not to trust them.

If i could give zero stars i would! A joke of a company! bought a golf bag travel cover said on website it takes 3-4 days didn't come until 7 days later. I tried returning it only to find out it would cost me £40 to do so, the bag cost £50. emailed them to see if anything could be done and they couldn't have cared less. With Any other golf company I have used returns are easy and don’t make you jump threw hoops to do so. My advice stay away from these con artists.
