Simply ordered an item that I needed desperately. it was shipped right away and received within few days.

I received the boots that I ordered. I ordered them online which was easy, but kept waiting for them to be shipped. I called them after a week to see what was the holdup. The lady I talked to was very courteous and checked the status. She said the would be on the way shortly. I received them a couple of days later.
