The company has to tackle some very technical issue and for many introduce new concepts to the end user, they do a moderately good job at this. More tutorial videos would be helpful. Their support department though was exceptional! I Needed to buy the family plan but didn't read the details correctly and accidentally bought the wrong subscription, (premium). I thought I was screwed. My mistake buying the wrong thing, I should have read more carefully, really it was on me, but I contacted support and they immediately understood the problem and issued the refund without question, and they did it very promptly. Very impressed with BitWarden. I am recommending them for my work department and for my whole company.

Their community forum is just another cancerous censoring forum run by power-hungry mod who silences everyone if he doesn't like your post. This sad individual(s) will flag your post and make it hidden from others whenever he wishes if he doesn't like it. Mods like that are reason why nobody bothers with forums anymore nowadays. They're cancer. As a punishment they get 1 star from me. Try to silence me here!

United States | 04 November 2024I had trouble loading an update and after several attempts, I contacted Bitwarden. As you would expect there was about a 12 hour delay, but they were able to solve the issue. It’s comforting to know that you can reach humans if you have a big problem.
