I've been using Bitwarden for the last 4 years or so, and is a solid choice for a password manager. I run an organisation for my family, everyone uses it for security. I like the ability to store secure notes and other pieces of vital information that I can selectively share within the family (physical combination locks etc). Love the ability to use hardware security keys and store passkeys.

Creation of a new account on bitwarden.eu and transfer of the Premium licences to the new account by the support team. Very fast support, licences were moved without any problems. The data export and import into the new account went smoothly.

I had a temporary situation but needed support. The response and the follow up were quick. Hopefully if I really need assistance I will have the same experience.

The response I received from Bitwarden was quick and the explanation was clear. If you’re looking for a password manager I highly recommend Bitwarden. If you’re wondering if you need one, in today’s high tech environment, you do.

This software is easy to use, very practical, safe so far and really convenient, plus the price is a steal even if USD is not my currency! So far I'm glad with my purchase and will continue with the subscription! I don't usually do reviews about products, but this one deserves it!

After upgrading, the feature where I wanted to pay for did not seem to be functioning in the way I expected. As result I downgraded (right away). Downgrading did not went completely smooth. Although I downgraded (so paying less), support was very constructive, fast and smooth. I look forward to upgrade again (and pay, solutions and support is worth it!).

I like the fact that the app and the addon from the browser have updates and small improvements. We put a lot of trust in you and I hope you are "the real deal" among so many companies that do not know what they are doing and maybe they were too young to know what an awesome product looks like. And I must say, so far Bitwarden is an awesome product. Contact support with real humans not AI is again a awesome addition.

This is a great app from a great company with real value for money. I am so glad that I took out the pro version costing only $10, which allowed me to have my payment account transferred to my new account after I made a mistake after changing my master password. The support email that I received from the company was so timely and full of valuable information.

Bitwarden is an excellent open source password manager. I find it is secure and works very well. Recently I had an issue with the Bitwarden extension for firefox and the Bitwarden support staff were quick and helpful in assisting me. Overall, if you are looking for a great password manager that is secure, I recommend Bitwarden.

What is Bitwarden doing five-star well? The first reason I chose this password manager and stayed with it for over five years is open source; synonymous with security. The second is free. I place a ton of trust in open-source code. However, free usually means minimal; not with Bitwarden. Here’s what’s free: Prompt and dependable support, unlimited storage, access on any device, 2FA, passkey support, data breach monitoring, and zero-knowledge encryption. That means when I forgot my master password, they couldn’t help me. I had to create a new account because I forgot to use the free feature, an encrypted export of my vault. I love the simple and easy-to-use password vault. I paid for the premium version to get TOTP verification codes, for 14.00 CAD per year, and other advanced login features. No other password manager provides as many free features and has the lowest cost for the same premium ones. Five stars for sure. Bitwarden is the only company I researched that gave me the confidence to protect my stuff. My confidence has grown over the years of using it.

Finally my passwords on mobile, Desktop and work are synced in one place. And with some tweaks I like, to keep everything safe, e.g. the extra passwort prompt for entries I want to keep secret, even if Bitwarden is open in browser extension. Or the PIN for fast opening for some time. Technically everything looks sound and safe, just a little better managing in the application/website would be great, such as sorting and better filtering.

Really love Bitwarden for being able to share passwords and secure notes with my family. They also have great customer support who is very quick to respond and professional. The only downside is price: I find $40/year a bit too high. I know, some competitors want more for a family subscription and it is a relatively good price. Right now it is not a big issue for me given that my employer sponsors my personal subscription. But I'll be considering alternatives (including Apple's free password manager) when the time comes for me to pay for the subscription myself.

I experienced whenever I send an email for support to Bitwarden, I get a response back within hours vs a day or two later. And in addition, someone always check back with me a day or two later after my initial request checking whether or not my issue was resolved. I would not have expected anyone to take this extra step. Awesome!

Bitwarden is a good, solid platform that lets me have really strong, unique passwords for each website, app or service. On the rate occasions I've needed to use tech support, it's been quick and helpful.
