Leider ist die Marketingstrategie mehr als verwerflich. Während ich mich in der Schule mit bitwarden anmelden will, ist das passwort falsch. Sobald ich zuhause bin ist es richtig. Eins zu eins das gleiche Passwort. So kann ich nicht zuverlässig arbeiten und bin froh, dass es so aufgedeckt wurde, bevor ich ein Produkt bezahle. Sehr unflexibel für einen PW Manager

I contacted the company and I found them to be very responsive and serviced oriented. I cancelled the subscription as I no longer needed this service, but If I do, I would certainly not hesitate to re-up with them.

Ich habe viele Passwortmanager ausprobiert. Bitwarden ist einfach der beste und dazu noch kostenlos und Open source. Alles funktioniert wie es soll. Man hat neben der Funktion des Passwort Abspeicherns noch etliche Features die das Programm perfekt ergänzen. Klare Empfehlung von mir !

Extremely simply to export my data accurately and quickly from a competing PW Mgr. Very simple to set up MFA - and I'm not the most technical guy in the room. Additionally, I had nothing but problems from my prior PW mgr re: auto logoff which one would think would be a top priority for a PW mgr. Maddening. BW works flawlessly in this regard. BW is now my default PW Mgr.

Best choice I’ve made switching from LP to Bitwarden. Love it. Keep the good work at Bitwarden

They showed they cared about rectifying my screw-up. I'd made it impossible to log-in to bitwarden, and that could have meant all the saved passwords and other information would be gone. But, because I was a premium subscriber, for a reasonable $10/yr, they allowed me a new subscription, free of charge, of the same type. Once I used my email address to do that, they provided that free subscription, and had clear instructions and a special bitwarden import facility I was instructed to use to import all the data from my previous subscription using the same email address. That's an experience I can't remember any other online subscription service doing.

I've used a few password managers and Bitwarden is one of the best ones imo. Besides the great product quality, I find their customer support really nice as well. The only thing that is not as appealing compared to their competitors is the UI, it looks really... not pretty :) But other than that everything is great!

Needed help from the support. The response was quick and up to the point. Really happy long time user!

Bitwarden is awesome! Too many positives to mention, and not a single negative. Very happy to pay the annual charge and can't recommend it enough.

Currently having a problem with the Firefox add-on and contacted support for help. Turns out others are having the same problem due to a bug in the add-on. It is being worked on. I commend Bitwarden support for being extremely fast with responses to my emails and forthcoming with the bug information. The password management service is absolutely amazing! I am so glad I found out about these guys and HIGHLY recommend the service to everybody! The yearly fee is so far in the noise for such a service that I can't believe it. Keep it up!!!

What was critical for me was the ability to share passwords to my accounts with my spouse in a way that always kept her current. The support has also been supportive.

El mejor gestor de contraseñas que puedas tener, además puedes montarlo en tu casa sin depender de ninguna nube, con una VPN puedes acceder perfectamente fuera de casa y tener la bóbeda a buen recaudo. Además el soporte es muy rápido resolviendo dudas. Totalmente recomendado.
