The Yes/no format of the questions was unhelpful in parts - leading to a lengthy discussion among the medically ignorant (all of us, though we knew a bit more) as to how to answer a question as to why a drug was prescribed. While I understand the need for the endless regulatory warnings (to comply with regulation rather than actually inform the applicant), these add to the length of calls - and, from memory, some were even repeated at different stages.

I was able to register some long standing health conditions and the quote l received seemed fair to me. I do hope l have no need to claim for anything that may happen, as this would be a separate experience.
