Clear understanding of policy. Easy to get through on the phone. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because although the member of staff I spoke to was polite she lacked warmth and the delivery of the questions sounded almost automated

I got multiple quotes from different companies, discarded until I was left with 2 companies. The other company could not clarify on one point I needed to know we would, as a family be covered for but your company had it clearly stated in your details. I feel very comfortable that my medical declaration has been taken seriously, understood and I am covered for where as other companies I just didn’t feel this way. I give 4 stars as hopefully it will become 5 stars after we return from our holiday. Site is easy to navigate and is transparent.

Well it wasn’t the person I spoke to on the phone, no help at all just wouldn’t listen and I couldn’t understand what he was saying, eventually I hung up and sorted myself. On line great, in the end everything was there for me very straight forward and simple. Th is is the second time I’ve used Goodtogo I will be using them again.
