I had quotes from a leading travel insurance company that were ridiculous.I contacted go to insurance customer service,who helped me complete the application and were excellent.I know that I now have the cover I require for my trips this year and it was considerably cheaper than anything quotes I had recieved from other companies.

It was good to talk to a person the man Cedric was extremely helpful in trying to complete the questionnaire but I had to call my doctor to clarify a symptom, then spoke a charming young lady who then finished my quotation and gave a price that I thought was good so a very good exsperience for an 81 year old.

Easy to navigate the site and input medical conditions. Would be nice to have a free text box to input also

I’ve just renewed my holiday insurance. The first time I spoke to a very helpful and friendly person. This time I used their on line service I’m not that good with computers but their site was easy to navigate and I manage to renew my policy with ease. I needed extra insurance for medical reasons and found their prices very competitive. I have luckily never had to claim but they have given me easy to follow instructions and tips if I ever needed to claim.

Easy application process. Quick and straightforward. Repeat online applications for insurance for someone with medical conditions such as myself is easy. My only concern is the increasing need for higher cancellation cover.
