I used a comparison site first but had a few questions. I went directly to their website, used their chat facility for those questions to be answered before taking out the insurance. Questions answered very quickly by Char and gave me peace of mind. The price came out the same so I purchased.

I didn't give 5 stars because Jeremiah accent was difficult to understand otherwise he was very helpful, patient and understanding. When I rang back with a query Smilo was very helpful and resolved my query.
