I have used goodtogo travel insurance previously and was very satisfied with the price and cover. Having obtained my quote was pleased with the price offered. When the next day after confirming the dates with my daughter l was extremely disappointed to find the price on offer was £22 more than the previous day’s quote

Easy website to use, good price with good cover

Disappointed with this company. Having read most of the reviews I was hopeful of a successful application. I started filling out the details, ages, couple, annual policy etc and then ticked "yes" on a few of the medical questions. Next thing a box appeared saying they couldn't offer me a policy. No explanation and no chance to enter any actual details of the medical conditions.

Quick and easy to buy travel insurance but immediately after I paid I realised I had entered the wrong date so phoned the number within 5 mins of the purchase and was charged £16 to change to the correct date
