United Kingdom | 10 January 2025I’ve not actually received Bunches flowers myself, but have used the service many times to send flowers and I am EXTREMELY impressed. The choice and prices are excellent and the website is very easy to use. Everyone I’ve sent flowers to has been delighted! Turnaround times are very speedy, often within a day of ordering. This week I encountered for the first time a problem with a delivery not arriving on time (the snow was almost certainly a factor). Email correspondence with Bunches Customer Services was highly satisfactory - all emails and one phone call being promptly and efficiently responded to. A new consignment was promptly despatched and arrived the following day. My friend was delighted!

Essential part of address then not put in after so apparently they were returned and destroyed! Really unhappy with customer service member who I spoke to on phone regarding this as soon as I found out. No offer to resolve and I am £36 down through no fault of my own.

The recipient was thrilled and has sent me a photo of her flowers a week later, looking as fresh as they were when she received them! I've never been disappointed by Bunches and would highly recommend.

Considering the cost, three of the stems were broken. My mother was happy enough with the flowers. I have to add that the flowers lasted ages - were still looking nice almost 2 weeks later.

I would 100% recommend & will most definitely use this company again.good value for money & excellent service,what more can you ask 😁

Unfortunately, it was delivered to some ones shed by the look of the tracking picture via Royal Mail so I called Bunches. They got another gift sent out and said it would arrive by that week-end i.e. before Christmas. Sadly, no luck again, and who knows where it ended up! So, third time lucky, but by then, of course, it wouldn't arrive before Christmas, which was, after all the whole point of my order! I had to ask the Head of the care home to verify it had arrived, as my friend is unable to do so. It was, on this occasion, delivered to the right address. The lady I spoke to at Bunches said she would refund the postage and upgrade the gift (not sure if that ever happened?!) but this whole experience has really put me off using this company again. It would be great if they could check the proof of delivery pictures and contact the customer to see if all was ok? Especially, as the recipient, as in my case, is unable to tell me that it had arrived and that it was o.k. It caused such a lot of stress and disappointment and to not receive the gift for Christmas, instead of way after, was not worth the money I don't think. Maybe a full refund would have been appropriate? However, it looks like they have lost two orders via their courier, Royal Mail so I suppose they have lost out too? All in all, a rubbish experience and I will not be using them again. Such a shame!
