Ordered flowers for a friend having a difficult time. Although appreciative when I asked her to be honest about them she described the flowers as 'witty' and they looked 'man handled'. She has sent a photo and they don't look fresh. Curled and brown on the petals. Very disappointing as a gift

Delivered on time and they're all very fresh but what my mum got vs what I ordered was so disappointing. They looked sad and pathetic, and I'm actually embarrassed about what turned up.

Easy website with a wide variety of flowers

I ordered the autumn roses and freesia arrangement, supposed to contain 16 stems, including 5 roses in bud. The 4 roses were fully open and the rest was a very small bunch of other flowers, none open, I was embarrassed to have sent these.
