Delivered on time, the recipient was very happy

Royal Mail messed up delivery for Friday 25/10. I sent flowers, choc, fizz to my daughter who had just moved into a new shared house. They ssid they couldn’t deliver on the Friday but said she could collect from post office next day & would let her know when they were there, but the PO only sent a message to say she could collect, 20 minutes before it closed . Flowers were there all over the weekend. I got in touch with bunches & a new delivery was sent to the house. Thank you so much!

The flowers and cake came on the day I wanted and my.sister was over the moon with them ,it was a lovely surprise for her

Rubbish, let down twice, first time 80th birthday didn’t arrive on the birthday, second time Funeral again late . Not helpful they said nothing they can do . Never use them again

Update: I had already contacted customer services and provided photos of the flowers prior to posting a review. It’s has now been 5 days since delivery and I have arranged yet still the flowers look poor and in no way represent the online image or justify the price tag of almost £30 including postage. I was sent some flowers and they were extremely disappointing and did not look anything like the image on the website. Correct amount of stems however….Flowers used were much smaller and the image online was padded out much more. And certainly not worth the price tag. Shocking. Contacted customer services as I was disappointed for my friend wasting her money - enclosed photos and the reply was correct paint of stems so that was that. Poor very poor

This is the second time I ordered flowers to be delivered to an address in Upminster. The heads of several flowers fell off on opening, the edges of the outer petals of roses were brown and they generally looked old. Very disappointed.

Disappointed the flowers arrived the next day but I had been advised that could happen. The flowers were for my daughter and they were excellent, really pleased with with the quality and price. Thank you, Christine Jarman.

Gutted to find that the flowers I had ordered from a company called Bunches, selected under the heading of hand tied bouquets, charged for delivery and the recipient gets flowers in a flat pack box. It isn’t clear how they come. When someone needs a bunch of flowers after someone’s passing they don’t need to have to arrange them.

Used bunches many times, flowers are always delivered on time and the photos I receive from friends they've been sent to are always lovely.

Awful service. Ordered flowers and the company found the address was incomplete. I heard nothing and no flowers delivered. When I contacted them I was told an e mail had been sent. I checked all boxes- nothing. After further correspondence an e mail stating the incomplete address miraculously appeared. Flowers of a completely different kind had to be delivered as they couldn t get the ones I had chosen and this was only done because I insisted something had to be delivered quickly as the date had long passed. Pretty tired looking flowers arrived. Very disappointing and dreadful service. To be avoided at all costs.

Unfortunately during transportation, one of the plants had come out of the planter and was all over the place. A much better way of wrapping is desperately needed.

The birthday flowers were delivered on the correct day and my sister was pleased with them and the added butterflies.

I always use Bunches to send flowers. The quality is excellent. A few months ago I received a bunch of carnations. They were fabulous and lasted 3 weeks! I’ve just sent some roses and freesias to my sister and she says they smell lovely and are still looking good after a week. I also sent a large carnation bunch to a friend and she also says they’re lasting well and of good quality. Thank you once again Bunches for beautiful flowers and excellent service.

Have used Bunches several times over the years and have never any reason not to recommend them.
