I've used bunches a few times. I will definitely keep going back. The flower choices are gorgeous, the prices are really great, the customisation is good, the delivery is also customisable (you can arrange to send flowers weeks in advance) and really quick. I've only had to contact customer services once but they got back to me so quickly and were incredibly helpful. I would 100% recommend this business.

We are always very pleased with the condition of flowers and plants on arrival. The only slight hitch this time was that it arrived the day after I wanted it to be delivered as an anniversary gift. Possibly because of location.

It was a last minute request to send flowers as a friend had become ill quite suddenly. Having used Bunches before I pulled up the internet page, selected some flowers and a gift and asked they be despatched and delivered the following day. The service did not charge extra for the timing and the bouquet was tracked. It arrived promptly, on time, and was much appreciated by our relation. Our tracking information too was superb, well done by all concerned. Super service Bunches.

I ordered a selection of flowers for my wife's birthday on Sunday 13 Oct. I asked for them to be delivered on Friday- just in case Saturday delivery failed.They came on Friday. She was delighted with the autumnal colours, the accompanying chocolates and card. A week later as promised, they are still looking beautiful. Good reliable service and great product!

I received a letterbox parcel from bunches as a thank you for conduting a funeral. whilst grateful for the thought_ I m sure this family would be disappointed in what I received. to say the bunch of flowers bears no resemblence to what is shown on the website is an understatemet. What I recived is the equivalent of a £5.00 bunchof flowers bought from a garage. No it wasn't the most expensive but what i received was very poor.

I had flowers delivered to friends for their recent wedding anniversary. The flowers arrived on the day, were well packaged, and my friends are delighted. My friend commented on the flowers being in bud when delivered, they are now still in flower and are lasting beautifully. Bunches have always been reliable, have great quality flowers and are good value too. Highly recommended.

I have used Bunches many times in the past and the recipients have always said how lovely the flowers are. However with the last two orders, each person said that the flowers arrived looking half dead although they did perk up after an hour or two in water.

Husband ordered me some flowers for my birthday yesterday and they didn’t come despite being sent on 24hr Royal Mail tracked delivery. He should have just gone to shop to start with rather than order and be let down might as well not have bothered Day 2 still no flowers Bunches informed him that there is only 93% of next day delivery and he should have used a courier. The flowers should be delivered by 19.30 today but they are still sat in Bristol hub. He has spoken with the online chat and they have issued a refund as the chances of them arriving are nil The person on the online chat was very helpful and issued the refund with ease that was the only positive thing about the experience we had with bunches

The miniature garden (Floral Oasis) display was just lovely and the recipient was very thrilled to receive it. Arrived Mon lunchtime which was great as only ordered on the Sunday. Very pleased with the whole experience.
