We live in New Zealand and use Bunches all the time for flowers and gifts for family back home. They are always well received and the service is excellent.

Really wanted to find a great flower delivery service, I was cautious about ordering online, the flowers were absolutely fantastic. I ordered the largest size available and they were Just as big as the photos 😊 my grandma was very pleased. Thank you. Will definitely use again.

Used to rely on Bunches for years but I won't ever again, and from judging by the vast comments of a similar nature, neither should anyone else, as they clearly don't care about customer service. I ordered flowers and food for a specific date, with recorded delivery, and it still didn't arrive two days after the selected date. It's still not even in the correct country and will be shipped over from Northern Ireland, so God knows what condition it's in. This was a gift for a family member's wedding as I am stuck abroad, and it's useless now. Bunches did not inform me of any delay, and customer service's response is that it's not their problem as "90 percent of the time, the deliveries are on time". Great, well it wasn't this time, and a respectable business that cares about more than taking money from people should address the issue. Hopefully everyone switches to a better service and Bunches can either reform or go bust.

great service - reasonably priced - and delivered on time. My only thought was in the photo there looked to be more flowers than there actually were. Still lovely though.

My daughter was thrilled with her lovely flowers. I was informed when they’d been delivered too. Very pleased.

Prompt delivery of some beautiful flowers

Ive received flowers from Bunches & theyve always been lovely flowers. However, i sent flowers to my friend on her brothers anniversary, so it was a sad day anyway, i git a notification that my flowers had been sent to a wrong gpo & they would deliver by 3pm. Anyway the flowers never arrived on last Saturday, so i emailed bunches & asked what they were going to do, the replied with an offer of £5 posy points. I told them not to worry & id have a refund. Which they arranged. The flowers did arrive on the monday, looking worse for wear, hardly any colour, where they should have beenbright & beautiful, they were wilted & dull. I had another bunch of flowers ordered at the same time going to my boss and they arrived fine, so thus is possibly just a one off. We shall see x

I placed an order with this scam company on the 07th and their system is absolute trash. It had glitches ! When I realised my email was incorrect I emailed straight away and got that bit fixed (they were quick to do that which I was grateful for at the time). My order was £50ish, and it included a personalised card. The post code on the order was incorrect and I have tried to explain via email and the phone that this wasn’t my fault rather their scam system issue, which they said it’s my fault. Royal Mail reaturned it to sender and apparnerly this takes 21 days and the bunches can’t do anything to get it out to the right address- I even offered to cover the cost for this as it’d be cheaper than reordering. Bunches are refusing to give me a refund as they keep saying I couldn’t changed the address beforehand - but it’s as if my explanation falls on deaf ears. One lady called Flair and another called Rachel, they should be called Karen 1 and Karen 2 !!!! The only ‘goodwill’ they can offer me is reordering another order with 25-% off are they stupid ?! They don’t want to compensate me any of my money either!! I’m at a loss and they want me to lose more money?!!!! So so disappointed with this absolutely scam of a company, no one use their services! They do not value customer service at all! They care about their own pockets!

I placed an order with this company on 6th October for a delivery to be made specifically on the 10th October, for my Mums 60th Birthday, as I am out of the Country. To my surprise they could not be delivered. First and last time using this company. I will stick with Interflora next time, who have never failed to deliver before. Such a shame I didn’t stick with them on this occasion!

Bunches is my favourite site to order flowers and plants. They offer outstanding service. I wish I could say the same about me recent delivery, the GPS co-ordinates didn't match the house and the picture was a blob of red paint; I still marvel that the flowers were actually received.
