Ordered flowers and paid a very small fee for next day delivery. Great priced flowers that are about 50% less than the average online bunch!! They are packaged really well which keeps them in great condition too. Will defo be ordering again

I love orchids, and ordered the 10 blooms. They were beautiful, but the stems are so short they don't fit into any vase. So top heavy. I had to band them, then put a tall drinking glass then put the glass in a vase. They lasted only a few days too. I did email to let Bunches know and they were kind enough to off a replacement, but the Casablanca bouquet arrived with both a cala lily and white rose with browned petals - both these blooms lasted 2 days. Tried to let Dan Turner the MD know my customer journey, but was dealt with by a customer service, and offered a £5 discount for the next order. No thanks.

The flowers arrived on time and once they opened up, they were appropriate for the picture. You cannot expect boxed flowers to look so grand when they arrive, as they are sent in bud, but as long as you realise that, you won’t be disappointed. And the plus side is , they last longer. Reasonable price too. Great choice also. Thank you

Have used Bunches on various occasions before. Followed up with customer service this time as flowers were not what was ordered and not worth the money. Escalated complaint to Sales Manager who arranged for original order to be resent. That is how to kerp loyal customers!

I live in South Africa and wanted to send a birthday gift to my sister-in-law in the UK. Your site was so easy to use, and delivery was quick, everyone was very happy. Will definitely use your services again.

I was a regular customer of bunches and even recommended them to friends, unfortunately the most recent carnation spray cascade did not live up to expectations and was thin and unimpressive in appearance even after 5 days. The cascade did not open up like the photo on the website. There simply were too few blooms to make this an impressive display and whilst pretty, with such a delicate flower there should be a few more. I sent customer services photos and was given the stock generic pleasant but gaslit response initially that they are in bud still, wait, arrange, etc etc, which we had already done. I know how to arrange a bunch of flowers and realise they open up after a few days and this usually makes a huge difference to the appearance, but sadly not in this instance. I won’t be buying again from bunches as this experience has been so disappointing. They should have just refunded me straight away as it was obvious from the photo I sent first of all that there were significantly fewer blooms on the stems in what we received than in the website display photo. My daughter expressed there was no way she could ever have made them look as full and impressive as on the photo as there simply weren’t enough flowers. Anyway, I don’t appreciate being fobbed off, gaslighted and having to fight for a refund when it’s clear the flowers we received were not up to scratch. So I’m closing down my bunches account and will go elsewhere in future.

My wife's anniversary flowers arrived before lunch on the due date and looked generally good, but I was disappointed that there was only one rose and the flower fell off as she was putting in in the vase. However the rest of the flowers have lasted well and after a week the bunch still looks beautiful. Thank you.

I was actually really disappointed with the flowers I sent to an unwell friend. Cost nearly £30 and I could have picked up the same in Aldi for less than a tenner. I wish I had contacted customer service about them. They weren't very good at all. Very few actual flowers, all of which looked a bit weak and pathetic.
